People from this number have been calling and harassing me for months.  I called the number the "receptionist" advised she could not tell me what it was about.  I asked the law firm name, she would not tell me, I'm not a stupid person, I don't have credit cards, don't have any payments, don't even have a mortgage, threatening to serve papers through the circuit court.  Seriously? I contacted my attorney and I'm waiting to be served....I can't wait.  I get upset with the fact that other people would fall for this scam because they aren't knowledgeable about the law.  Please beware!!! this is against the law...hang up on them.

don't answer, call the police to be standing by when they get there.  These people have got to be stopped.

I have received several calls from this number demanding the same thing.  They would not indentify themselves, they would not tell me what its about...I contacted my attorney.  Keep in mind I owe nothing, I have no credit cards, my car is paid off, and I don't have a mortgage.  Just be very careful.

I got a call from this same number and a woman identified her self as Nikki White and gave me a case number.
she said 2 agents where coming to my house between 12-2pm .
to make sure someone 18yrs or older with valid id be present since i was not.

Sure, we'll help. Were you handed a summons? Probably not. I don't think you were handed anything at all. I might be wrong. I rarely am though. Just to give you the benefit of the doubt, post what it says on your "piece of paper". Include it all. You can delete your name. Just post everything else.

Yes, they are a scam. They violate the FDCPA laws consistently. Do not talk with them for very long and do not commit yourself to anything they offer. They are not a valid collection company. Call a consumer attorney who deals with FDCPA laws. They don't charge fees. More than likely the attorney will call to inquire and then these people will stop and vanish.

got this call about court documents that are going through courts. sounds like they want to scare you.

This number is now calling my daughter after I reported them to an agency in California and my calls stopped.  Now They threaten her with court papers.  I am getting a reverse mortgage and that's when this all started.  He is a SCAM!!
My granddaughter had heart surgery at birth this is stressing us out to say the least.
He needs to be stopped.  He never says who he is or what company just threats with court papers. When he first called me I yelled at him and told him what I thought that's when he looked up my daughter he calls early in the morning late at night every day.

The number is a toll-free number used so you cannot track it. They also use other numbers to send you vague messages on your voicemail. A collector must state their name and why they are contacting you. If they don,t it's a violation of the FDCPA laws.They also may not contact you at your place of employment, especially if your employment has rules which don't allow this. If they do it's a violation of the FDCPA laws.

They call from this number, but it blocks most caller ID's however, some business have telephone systems that forward voicemail to your email. The email displays the true callers telephone number.

they keep calling my mother and sister telling them if they don't let them know where i am they are going to summons them to court and that they have been trying to serve me with a court summons. they won't tell my mom what the summons is for or any information about what they are calling about. they keep calling them everyday and harassing them.

Got the call too. They also called my mother and sister looking for me. I tried to call back but the number is not a United States number. I believe it's Mexico. Why would anyone receive a phone call regarding legal court documents?  Seriously??? Crooks, try again!

I just got a call from the number above. They called me 3-4 times and everytime I answered they wouldn't say anything. Finally after declining the call they left a voicemail. They said the same thing in the voice message; that I had doc being sent to the clerks office and if I wanted to know what they were about to call the number and refer to some doc number. When I called they answered "corporate office" and I asked what it was and the guy on the phone said he worked a switchboard for 3 different lawyers. He couldn't pull up any info with my name or my phone number. Seems a bit fishy to me. We think it's a scam!!! Beware!!

my mother got a call from this number saying that they were trying to serve me papers very strange they used information for me that was over a decade old. Gave the name of an attorney Richard Carlson in Colorado looked him up it appear to be a criminal attorney. It seems highly unlikely that a criminal attorney would need to contact me. It appears to be scam.    

Got a phone call from this number today on my cell. It was a man, did not leave his name or from what company he was calling for. He said basically the same thing regarding a docs they are sending to clerks office. He threatened me that if I will not return the phone call, he said they will be force to deem my property address and employment! Sound like a scam to me. Who will call without giving their name and the company they are calling for and who gave them the right go threatened us!!!

This number is calling my landlord threatening subpoenas on me and my family and such. We have no idea who these people are. Sounds like a con.

I got strange calls from this number also. Said basically the same thing as above. Sounds like a con man. Beware.
