Keep getting calls for 844-324-4790 saying Jim Peach saying he is calling for the Scott County (which is in Wisc) from the Scott county
Legal department  and I need appeared in court and If I do contact them ...they will come to my house within the a couple of hours.
then the messages gets muffled?? they have call me daily??
I have no ides  who he is they are.

i got a call too, claiming they were calling from an independent processing firm and if i didnt call them they would "be seeing me soon"??? it sounded like a threatening call, they have my address and information, im scared they might be criminals, should we contact the authorities? or maybe the appropriate authorities to stop these people from these menacing calls?

I got the same call from the same lady. When I asked her where she was located she stumbled around and I heard papers being fumbled around and she spelled A-U-A-T-U-G-A lol and I told her that everyone should know how to pronounce the area they are from. She also tild me it was ICS that had papers for me. Ive been getting these calls non stop! Its such a scam!

This man Russell Johnson has left a few messages, called from a phone # and I picked it up.  he identified himself as Legal Support servicing from the Wayne County Courts.  He gave me the 844 # to call and I did.  The man i spoke with kept calling me "sweetheart" and "honey" and "darling"...he quoted me some rediculous amount and said he would speak to the attorney to see if they can lower it.  He put me on hold and came back with a lower amount but still rediculous.  I them asked him what the original amount of this loan was and he said he did not know(?) and could not give me the direct contact information for the attorney.  I then proceeded to cut him a new one and let him know that he can send the "police" as he said he would and that I would be letting my attorney know about this.  I then spoke to my co-worker who said her son was getting the same calls...arzes!!!

that is where the 844 # that Russell Johnson gave me came from.  This is a scam because I have never heard of being "served" or notified via a phone call...I am waiting for the next call to curse the b*****ds out!

I just got a call from the same Russell Johnson today and yesterday saying he is from Legal Support woth Wayne County Court Systems; he called from a 269-563-6545 number in which he gave me the 844 # to call back.  The man on the phone proceeded to call me "honey" and "sweet heart" although he thought other wise when i proceeded to call him a bunch of unprofessional mf's...

My call was was Rachel Bentley from the legal support and servicing unit and a case number. Been at my address for two years. Called my parents and said I was going to be served their. Never lived there.

I just got a call from a local number saying the same things.  This call was from a woman...her name was not clear...saying that she was on her way out to deliver a summons to court unless I called this 844 number.  I asked her what it was regarding and she said she had no idea because they just give her sealed documents so I would need to call the 844 number to find out.  I looked up the 844 number and found this website.  So I called the local number that she had called me from twice.  The first time I got a message saying that the number had been disconnected or was no longer in service.  The second time it rang and rang and no one ever answered.  I had been receiving tons of these types of calls.  I started reporting them to the FTC and the calls stopped for a few weeks.  I guess they're starting up again.  SO sick of this!!!!!

I just received a call from this same number staying they were from Internal Check Systems. His name was James Cole and he's calling friends and family regarding me. I have no other information, just that.

Got the same call yesterday about paperwork and coming to my job and have ID and a supervisor to sign in front off or they would come to my house. I not they would send the papers back to court for refusal. They called my job and told them they needed to serve me paper. My job told me if they call again they were going to get them for harassment

Got a voicemail leaving a phone number and case number, they were trying to reach my father.  I called the number back and they said they never called me, and that they couldn't remove my number from their system for future calls.  A guy named James Cole.  Glad I looked up the number online and found this info!

I had a call from Jim Peach with the same BS that everyone else is hearing.

I received a message from a Nicole Martin, she left a voicemail saying she was coming to my residence tomorrow for me to sign some papers if she doesn't reach me, she would send them back to the courts as a refusal.

Scam.  The guy named "Russell Johnson" has called 3 days in a row and stated he has court docs from orange county and threatened me with notice to appears unless I call this number 844-324-4790.  He called from private the first time, last 2 times he called from 321-566-3654.  I laid into the lame a** uneducated douche on the line, and told him to get a job and if he has paper to bring them or shut up.  I also threatened to beat the crap out of him.  He swore back a few times and then hung up.  

Got the SAME exact call, said his name was russell johnson though. He has called three days in a row.  Today he called and I called him a bunch of names, and he started swearing at me.  He hung up quick when I started threatening him.

i got a call from this number 3 times saying He got papers coming out to me to appear in court as well.Is these people real or are they a company that buy list of unpayed loans.

Its a extortion scam operation. That is what is not right about it. There is a lot of this going on now and not just with "payday loans".

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

received the same exact call from Erick or Ethan brooks.  just started receiving these calls this month.  Wondering if this is a new scam coming out of the Target info that was stolen and being sold on black markets?  I have no debt, or loans so something is not right here.  

I got a call from a guy today from this phone number 844-324-4790, said I owe some loan company.  Never did take out a loan.   This is scary because they have your info.  He told me he had some documents for me to appear in court...wow.

Got a call from a Tammy Ross using a private number and she said she was a process server calling to notify me that she had paperwork for me to sign to appear in court or I could call the company at 844 324 4790 and work out something with them. I asked the name of the company & she said she wasn't sure but she thought it was ICS. I called the company & found out the company is called Internal Check Systems. I looked up the company & the number & found this site (nothing else about the company)... glad I didn't make any deals with these scammers.

Calls from this number are a scam.

Got a call at work from a "private courier" Ethan Brooks stating I needed to call the filing firm at 844-324-4790 & gave my case # to reference...he stumbled around when I asked what company he was with and trying to confirm who I was to call back..again only gave the number saying if I don't call them to reschedule things then he will be stepping out in a couple of hours - tried to sound "big & bad" but had him a little off his game.  He made no sense.  Here we go again, another scam...glad I am staying informed these days.
