Called me and my in laws saying the same thing. I called back and reported them to the FBI and my lawyers are looking in to tracking him down. It will not go unnoticed or unpunished!!!!

Same thing... They have called everyone I know trying to track me down. They are saying they are with the county clerks office and that they are going to serve me papers. They left a message on my phone saying that I needed to call them back within 24 hours and then they mummbled something about my emplyment being verified and something something I couldn't understand. I looked up records through my county clerks office website and they have no records of any such cases. Scam...

if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

Just spoke with a Corbin Romano at this same number (1-844-344-2208). Says they are a litigation service and I am being used by some credit card company???? Knows credit bureau info, social. They have also called many people in my husbands family saying that they are a "reference" to a summons and complaint order. Very scary. Not sure what to do next.

Every adult member in my household (3) have gotten a call from this number. When they called me they left me a message saying that I have "important documents being filed with the clerks office here". They then say my current home address and say if I have any questions to call them at the number mentioned above. Should I not call within 24hours they will determine that the address is confirmed and isse the documents. They do not say which duristiction they come from or what the "important documents are". When they called my roommate and he asked them about the duristiction their response was literally "um.. um... um.. Goldendale" - Goldendale is a town, not a county - It would have been Klickitat county. This same company contacted my mother's ex - a paranoid and nosy TX sheriff. He looked into the numbers and found out that it is a number in Canada. This is a scam. Do not believe them!

Calling saying we will be getting served with civil papers I know this to be untrue..I called my local courthouse..needs to be investigated. I think they want money transfered.
