This is they same place that was using a different # a few weeks ago, just got a call today, told them the same thing I did before that I am reporting them to FBI and state attorney general for fraud and that I was recording the conversation. they hang up very quickly and haven't had any call backs, that isn't their real number just what they have their phone set up to show.

I have gotten several calls from this number on both cell and home, one today.  If I don't know the number I do not answer and of course, no msg is left. I agree with you that do answer your phones, just tell them to send it certified to your home address.  Based on what people said they called about, I don't have any loans or credit cards so I know that there is nothing out there.  If they are legit they would be courteous and offer to send everything to you in the mail.  Try not to stress out and start monitoring your calls.  If you don't recognize, don't pick-up.  If it is truly legit, they will leave a msg.

What business has this number?

Received a call on my mobile. Saw the 845-277-0094 number. Guy with an accent said somethingI about medical. I asked if he was with my healthcare provider. The guy confirmed at first that he was with my healthcare provider,  then back peddled. What the heck!

This number call me few times already..and I dont answer. They dont leave me any messages.... so what they are calling me???

I am SOOO mad. This number calls me at least once a day about my birth control law suit. I had a hysterectomy in 1996. I told him to f*^$ off and he called me a very stupid lady. Its all bull. I am thinking about changing my phone number. grrr

i do have to say, the one time that i DID answer a call from people like this, the man i spoke with was VERY rude . . they think they can make us feel uncomfortable enough, or worry us enough that we will agree to what they want. not gonna happen.

got a call from this number - as i do not answer calls from places and numbers i don't know, i didn't answer it. they did not leave a message. I have received calls from people like the ones mentioned (having a legal case . . . ) and as nothing has ever happened in the past i know nothing is going to happen in the future. I will just continue to block and ignore the numbers

Received call this morning, did not recognize number therefore refused to answer.

I just received two calls on my home phone yesterday from this number.  They claim they have a legal complaint against me regarding my social security number. The number he has on file is not even my number.

They had called my place of business about a week ago over a hundred times within an hour's time and threatening to come to my office and conduct an investigation. This was a different number than the call I received at my home. Of course, I called information regarding these numbers and they have nothing on file. That tells me everything I need to know.

I told them if this is a legitimate claim, then to send me legal documents to my home address which they had, proving their claim and take me to court.  Of course, this has not happened. The man named John Anderson kept saying to me that he was going to make me lose my job and keep calling me at work and that he was going to smear my name on the internet and that he was there to harass me. He was very rude on the phone and would not let me get one word in the conversation.

I have received calls from this number twice 845-277-0094, one last year and one this year. They say they are calling from American Legal Services with a complaint about a loan I supposedly had with a Cash USA,  Which I never had. I did do a loan with CashnetUSA but have paid off last year and I contacted them and asked them about it they said they are not trying to collect anything . The fraud company keeps telling me to pay it. I told  them to have the loan company contact me and not them. If they are a legal company then they should have my home address to send me any legal papers. They keep calling me at work and will keep calling me and will keep hanging up on them till they stop calling me.
