We pay so much now for our phone and internet communications. We have a right to our privacy, not to be dumped on by marketing companies. Aren't the phone companies making enough money? Evidently not, if they welcome these monsters to run rampant over us.

I get so many calls that I no longer answer my land line.  So Sad, had the number since the 50's.  This number 845.580.5740 comes up often and there is no one on the line.  So tired of it.

Stop Calling and asking personal information..You hang up and they call back..I don't know who  who they are or what this is about

Got a call from this number just now but didn't answer it. Hmm. . . It looks like the website's telling me it's from New York (Kingston) but I don't know anyone from there.

"NEVER" give personal info over the phone!!

I have received about ten calls from these idiots.  They are calling from different numbers looking for someone I don't even know.  I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling but they still call.

Called twice today.  Recorded message "have exciting news to share".  Caller ID says Piermont NY

This number keeps calling my cell phone don't these people realize that's harrassment

Got a call a few minutes ago from this number.  Asked for my e-mail address.  I asked the woman who she was and why she needed my e-mail address.  She raised her voice slightly as if demanding that I give her the address.  The she started calling out what she thought was my e-mail address

I just received a call from 8455805740, they said that i won a gift card from Wal Mart, they asked for my year of birth and zip code I hope they do not try to get into my accounts.

I just received a call telling me that I entered into a contest and won a $50.00 gift card to Wal Mart, they asked for my year of birth and zip code I ope tg=hat they will not get into my accounts

I received a call from 845-580-5740, they asked for my year of birth and zip code I hope it was not someone that will get into my accounts

WE GOT THE CALL @ 6:42 PM ON 6/5/2013. WE NEVER ANSWER THESE TYPE OF CALLS, BUT GOING TO REPORT IT & ALSO SIGN UP FOR THE DO NOT CALL LIST. THX

told me i won a $50 gift card for filling out an online survey on their smart retailing .com website. I never do things like this... when they asked if i had an active email account - i said no and they hung up on me.  oh well

I know it is a telemarketer and it is connected to a free Wal-Mart gift card that is promised to you if you fill out a survey. I know this because I had lost my cell phone, my contract was up and I was due for a new one anyway so I got one with another carrier and a new phone number. It just so happened that I filled out one of these surveys shortly after I had my new phone and had yet to give out the phone number to anyone. Stupidly, I provided it on the forms that accompanied the survey and literally within a matter of minutes my phone started ringing off the hook with numbers I had never seen before all with area codes I was not familiar with.

I have yet to answer the call, but I should because I keep getting them. I as well signed up for the Do Not Call registry however, I guess that doesn't seem to matter. Still waiting for the gift card- which I expected I probably never would have received anyway. Another life lesson learned. :(

Another call with the free Walmart gift card.  I did even give them time to talk after the words "gift card".  I just told them it was another scam and the conversation was over.  The call was identified as coming from Piermont NY however it is just when the overseas call came in to the U.S.

On do not call list. So need to stop calling . Im not buying any over the phone never have never will

Caller: AIC Magazine Circulation. Ten years ago, I ordered magazine subscriptions from a boy at my church and canceled when the annual renewal came up. Every year since they have been calling me asking to renew. I have continuously told them I was interested and to opt me out. I am also on the Do Not Call list yet they still call me. I told this to Damian and he pretend that he didn't listen so I hung up. DO NOT ANSWER THIS PHONE NUMBER! WASTE OF YOUR TIME!
