Called in, August 24 2013.

I did answer once for this number. The person was heavily accented and very difficult to understand, so I'm not sure exactly what they wanted although it appeared it had something to do with car insurance rates. The creepy thing is that they had my name, address and email address in their "database" and asked that I confirm that they were correct - almost as if they were posing as my current insurance carrier. I confirmed nothing and hung up. I have since received another call that was missed - no voicemail left.

called me at least 1-2 days a day for the last 3-4 days.  no voice mail left.  no reason for me to get this phone call, i know no one in ny who's number i don't know.
