Called our office & asked for an owner that retired FOUR years ago!  I told him that & hung up on him!  I could hear him cursing as I hung up.  I knew it was a scammer!

Caller asked for the owner by name, I told him he was not available, caller then asked when would the owner be available. I informed him that the owner DID NOT take direct calls and then the caller said "very well, thank you".  Caller was not rude, he was very calm, but from experience, this sound like a typical telemarketing call.

Called today asked for owner by name.  Said he wasn't in and could I take a message.  He said no he was going to meet with the architect and when would owner be back.  Told him I could certainly take a message.  He said "ma'am I'm going in to a meeting with the architect, when will Owner be available".  Told him Owner wasn't available but another partner was here.  He said he would let the architect know and he hung up.

These people are soo annoying. They have called 6 times already in a 3 hour span. I picked up the first time but thankfully I have caller ID so I just reject their calls now everytime.

Screened my own call from these guys, told him I wasnt in. He said he was just returning my call from last week. Frickin liar.

"Kim" called from GPS (http://www.gps-business.net) asking for our CEO by name, to set up a meeting with her boss, Mike Charlesworth.

The guy opened with, "Does your company do new construction, or just service existing units?" I told him we can do new construction. He asked for our boss by his given name, which everyone who does business with him knows, he doesn't go by that name.

"Well, when do you expect him back? No, no message. I have to go into a meeting with an architect, and he wanted to know if you guys do new construction."

Riiiiight. 850 miles away. I don't think so.

I love this website! "Tom" just called my place of employment looking for the owner - even knew his name. Told him that he was not in the office. I asked if there was anything I could help him with. He then asked if my boss was a "Custom Builder". I replied that he was. He then wanted to know when he could call him back. I told him after lunch. Usually someone looking for my boss in that manner I would have given him his cell number but something in me said not to. NOW when he calls back I will tell him that thanks to technology and this wonderful website that we are on the D.N.C. list and to to call here again!!

This guy is rude.  Tried to trick me in to giving out the owner's cell phone number.  Called me an idiot when I tried to determine the purpose of his call.  Hung up on me with a nice "whatever" attached to it.

"Tom" from GPS called looking for the CEO/President of our company.  When I told him that the CEO dosen't do what he was requesting, he said thanks and hung up on me.

I don't understand how people like this still have jobs!!

Revy Rude and a liar!!! Called the number back to have our # removed from the list and they hung up on me.

WHEN I SAID THE OWNER WAS NOT IN THE BUILDING, WHOEVER THIS A** WAS CURSED UNDER HIS BREATH, BUT I HEARD HIM.   WHAT AN IDIOT.

He called and asked for my old busines partner, said he knew him. He was very very rude. I went to a arnold schwarzenegger sound board and made arnold speak with him. Made my day and pissed him off.

A total a@@hole!  Every word out of his mouth from the start of him talking to our office manager and then to me was a lie.  Rude, arrogant, wanted to argue with everything that I said.  This jerk even attempted to get my cell phone number from an employee.

Called our office, did the same thing to me as what Bobby explained above. Then called my boss harassing him. He said quote " Your buddy Sam that you've done work for told me to call you in regards to picking up a few of our accts. We have work to be done in your area." My boss said " I do not know a Sam and have never done work for a Sam." The guy was a complete idiot insisting he knew what he was talking about. The next day my female co-worker & I were sitting in the off. & he showed up saying our boss was expecting him. I called my boss & he told me it was that same guy. I told him we are not expecting him or interested & to leave. He did. I got his tag #. The guy is a creeper!!

This guy told fellow workers I was supposed to meet him to get my cell number. He was a da-- jerk.

Jerk left a voice mail message saying "F*** you."

First a Mike called for the owner of our company, then same person called back an hour later as Richie.  I asked for a callback number and person was adamant about holding.  I asked to be put on a "do not call" list and was given this email:  randy.uppling@clientscrv.com  (not sure if that's a valid address).  Also, I think they are getting information off of Facebook.  Here is the info on their facebook page:

Some guy named "Tom" called. Very rude. Called me a dick when I told him to take me off his list.

Called me today and wanted to set up a meeting with me on following day. Thanks to this site I was able to find out this was as odd as I thought it was going to be. Thanks to all the people who had already posted..

These people have been calling repeatedly.  They will not give you their number, or any information for that matter.  The lady 'Judy Baron' said she may or may not leave her number depending on if the boss would be in today.  I told her again and again, why would it matter, do you want to leave your number or not.  She got irritated that she couldn't 'work me' so we had a little yelling match.  She said she wouldn't ever do business with us and I also replied how good that would be for everyone.

So then, 3 minutes later, her boss calls back and says somebody was really rude to his 'scheduling agent'  and wanted to speak to the boss.  Jeez, if these people aren't rude enough, they don't listen.  The boss was not in!!!!  I explained that if she had wanted to leave her number and not argue about whether the boss was going to be here, we wouldn' t have argued.  The idiot still said 'I will HOLD for your boss, put me thru and stop talking over me'  So I put him on HOLD.  The fool's probably still holding.

"Terry" called and asked to speak with the business owner by her first name. She said she was calling with Global. I stated that I would take a message for her. She said she needed to speak to him and wanted to see if there was a way I could transfer her call. I asked what it was in regard to. She stated a business matter. I asked her what kind of business and she wouldn't tell me, so I advised her that if she couldn't state her business, than I could not transfer her call. She got huffy and stated that she just wouldn't do business with us then. Good for us. ;-)

GPS Tax planning service for small business- 1260 Barclay Blvd Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 has been calling  every day for the last 4 weeks and the calls are more often each day.
They have been told each time to stop calling as we are on the Do Not Call Registry and we would report them, but they still continue to call.
As soon as we hang up they call again.

The guy was rude. His name was Costa from Global Construction. Phone number comes up GPS, tax consulting crap in another state that we are in. He tells me my boss would know what it's about. His attitude was terrible, he hung on me twice.

Lied and said the owner was expecting call, since she always says when she is expecting a call I knew he was lying, put him on hold for 5 minutes, then requested we be added to his DNB call.  He said "yea whatever" and hung up.

Tom told me he was with Maynard Bakers(don't know who that is) office, and that my boss had given him a business card last week. My boss did not give him a card or request a call back. I told Tom we were not interested, and I hung up on him. He called back and asked if I was interested....or my boss wasn't interested? I hung up on him again!!!!
