I got a call on my cell phone from (847) 463-5737.  They have been calling every day for about a week now.  It comes up Chartered Marketing.  I have a pretty good feeling that this is FRAUD.

Yep, got the call today.  Phone has been ringing once and then hanging up for 2 days now.  Today Husband picked up on the first ring and the guy asked for me.  Husband asked him what the call was in regards to, the guy then immediately hung up.  

I did *69 and this was the phone number the call originated from.

I get calls EVERY SINGLE DAY from these stalkers. Something needs to be done-I've spoken to so many people telling them to take me off their call list; it still, after 2 YEARS!!!!! has not worked. HELP!!!

we keep getting this call as well - one time they did talk to us saying they were citi mortgage - i called the number back twice and it was some guy who said this was his cell phone - what can you do about this?

I just received a call....picked up the phone, didn't say anything and then I hung up.  Called them back, recording comes on saying they are currently closed and only open Monday through Friday.....HELLO....it's saturday....

I got a call from this number tonight.  Said they were "Citimortgage" and offered all kind of things...not related to a mortgage....

This #847-463-5737 calls me at least twice a day.  I work third shift and find it quite annoying.  I keep my phone off most of the time but here and there if I'm expecting a call I have it on.  I am also on the do not call list.  They can Charter their Market some place else.

Number came up on the caller id almost every day in July. Never answered it. Hasn't called for a week or so.

They've been calling every day or multiple times a day for nearly two weeks now. I'm about to answer and give them a good talking to about my rights and the law.

Also receiving calls from this number about once a week, but haven't spoke with them personally.  Recently noticed some spyware on computer, possibly could be a computer breach for personal info.  Also on the don't call list?

They called several times 2 weeks ago, when I finally answered and there was a real person, I interrupted their insurance spiel and I told them, "I'm not interested in any insurance, please take my name off the list and don't call back".  They agreed.  Now they just tried to call again tonight at 9:00 pm.  Late enough to wake up kids.  I'm steamed now.

"Unknown name" with the phone number; didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

I received calls every day also and called them to opt out. If any more calls are sent my way I will call Better Business Bureau or get a class action suit going!

since i'm on the do-not-call list, after i hung up on them i went straight to donotcall.gov to file a complaint.

Just called me for the first time, excpet my caller ID says CMSI. I don't have Citi as my mortgage company, so what gives?

File a small claims suit with local court house for harassment.  Just need a print out from phone company.  It will stop or they will pay you.

I ket 5 to 10 calls per day and they never leave a message.  One day they called 47 times!  It is definately a complaint.  I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry, but they have no power to do anything.  My father, a police officer for 35 years told me to tell that they may not call back and that any further calls would be considered harrassment.  If they call back I file a small claims case for $30.00.  It will cost them more to defend the suit (just need a print out from phone company - you can report the number to them too) and they will stop calling.  We'll see.

These people call me at least once a day, for the last 2 YEARS. No matter what I say to them, they do not stop calling. I am on the do not call list, have an unlisted number and I am ready to reach through the phone and strangle them! How can I make these calls stop?
