I work for a software company and they must have us on auto dial because we are getting one call every one to two seconds and we cannot make it stop!!! This is beyond ridiculous.

"Win back Credits" refers to a salesman flipping a former client of yours back to you from your competitor. I am going to go out on a limb and guess this company tries to get you "back" to whatever phone company they are shilling for... even though you never were with them. They called me and hung up before I even answered.
