collections.  They are very rude and are idiots.  They are calling me on something I paid already and don't listen to what I have to say.  
They tried to scare me by telling me that I'll see them in court.

Got a call on my cell at 8-something this morning. He said his name is Roger Stearns.

He got my name right, though.  He didn't say what he wanted though when he left the message.

Got a call from this number, asked for my granddaughter by name and he said his name was Joe Martin.  When I questioned who he was, he kept saying Joe Martin.  He left this number...hmmmmm....

They are extremely rude - JOE MARTIN.  He doesn't listen and continues to call my place of employment after being told not to - HE SAID HE DIDN'T HEAR A WORD I WAS SAID".  This has already been resolved with the original creditor - but he called me a liar and said they wouldn't take my payment (which they did) and threatened to contact my employer continuously until I paid him and he also threatened to go after my mortgage, etc.  Any attorneys out there that can put a stop to this kind of crap??

I got a call from this number, he said his name was John Stark and he was a lawyer representing Credit Mgt Services trying to collect a debt from my 10 year old daughter. He also threatened to take me to court if I don't pay. I found a website from the Federal Trade Commission stating any debt collector is required to give you their Company name, address, phone and fax numbers. He also misrepresented himself by saying he was a lawyer! This guy would not cooperate at all after I called him back when I found out this information! He kept hanging up on me!!!! They work on commission right? HMMMMM!

I have a guy keep calling me by the name of Jack. He is extremely rude, and it's already been paid but he will not stop calling and he keeps on changing the amount that is due! Is there any way to stop?

This is not a scam! I used to work for the company and the reason that people are telling you that this company is a scam is because its a collection agency.  So everyone posting that the company is a scam please pay your bill and you won't get calls from that number.

I received a phone call from "Mister" Mahoney at 847-240-5159.  When I asked his first name, he said it was "Mister".  *First indication this was bull honky* Then he explained his client - a debt from a medical equipment company I actually had used (thus, concerned), but the debt was from August 2003.  In Florida, the statute of limitations for collection of a debt is, at most, 5 years.  So, 6 1/2 years later, this was clearly crap.  He became EXTREMELY antagonistic.  I had already called the identified medical service provider and was told that their records showed paid in full.  So I told him that.  He then formally demanded I "cease and desist" speaking to him (weird) and that I had seven days to pay the debt or they'd sue me.   UMMMMM, I'M A LAWYER!  Bring it on, that's what I told him.  

ANYONE KNOW OF A FEDERAL AGENCY TO WHOM THIS CAN BE REPORTED?  IT'S A VIOLATION OF THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTIONS PRACTICES ACT!

I got the same message from Roger Stearns.  Called my cell phone with the same 847 number, left a voicemail with extension 6015.  I called back, got the run around, and was treated VERY rudely when I simply asked him to identify himself (I wouldn't give my information out until I knew who these people were).  Good to know it's a scam

I just got a call from this number this weekend on my cell... First it was the Fred thing, but he also asked for Fred, not my name so I ignored the message, but left an 847 area code number. Then this morning while at work another call. This time Jim with the same 847 number. I called back to find out what this is about and was told Jim was tied up in an interview and would get back to me. Yet they never gave me any indication on who they were, who they were looking for or what they wanted. We'll see if they call back.

I just went through the same mess as David.  The guy who called is named Tony Toledo, whos real name is Jordan Burke. He called everday harassing me to send him money over the phone.  I don't do that unless it's for insurance or for a loan payment.  
I couldn't get it in his head that we owe nothing to a company.  The first time I spoke with him he threatend me.  IF anyone gets a call from him or Credit Mangement Collections,  Don't send any money!!   Please do your research.  I ended up reporting him to the better business bureau because i thought he was scamming me.

guy named Fred asking for me.  didn't say what he wanted  or who he was with.  Some thing's up because he hesitated when he said who he was, as though he didn't know his own name. he left an extension too, but since my cell showed the number as 5#, I'm not calling back.

Jordan Burke is the man that keeps calling.
Won't leave a message and keeps making noises or breathing hard.
Calls several times a day.
It is very annoying.
