We can write a letter of complaint to business bureau - all of us then send a similar letter to the news once this company is on the spot the need to stop

I received a message from Patriot Mortgage number - 267-393-0620
"You're approved! 4.28% APR FHA Fixed Rate Mortgage! 3.25% APR Equity Line!Call Patriot Mortgage Lender NOW: 1-88-569-2085./ Approval Code:S2689.
I am on the do not call list and should not be receiving such texts.
I attempted to call back but received the same message as the others, voicemail box is full.

Just got the same exact text from Patriot Mortgage, I filed a complaint with the FCC. Google the FCC and you can fill out a complaint on their website

Same story. On do not call list. They sent a text, which I get charged for. Called back to get an answering machine.

Got the same text from "Patriot Mortgage." I called them and hm, all of their agents are busy!

Got the same message, how can we stop this? I dont see any solutions. Surely someone with some power can investigate Patriot mortgage company and shut them down for this scam.

"I guess Liberty Mortgage has resurfaced as Patriot Mortgage." What a pain!

Got a message on all phones on my plan saying I was approved by Liberty Mortgage Lenders for a 4.69% Fixed Rate Mortgage. I did not apply for a mortgage nor did my 11 year old son who also got same message. How can I make them stop texting us and how do they get our numbers?

Also got an unsolicited txt from this company offering me an equity line.  Did not seek a line from them.  How do they get away with this?!!

Same here.... Thing is I'm looking for a loan, and they must have gotten my number some how, but they aren't even registered with the better business bureau.  How do you give loans without doing that?

I am on the NO CALL/NO TEXT List and received this text mesage today from LIBERTY MORTGAGE, "You're Approved! 4.79% APR FHA Fixed Rate Mortgage! 3.25% APR Equity Line!  Call Liberty Mortgage Lender NOW:  1-877-236-8370 Approval Code: 7675".
I did not solicite this call, was NOT looking for a mortgage and do NOT appreciate getting texted and paying for a SPAM text message.
They should be fined and stopped from doing this to random cell phone numbers.
