I keep getting calls from this scam company called Account Services. Although I have been asked to be taken off the list multiple times, they keep calling from different phone numbers. When I push 1 to speak to a live agent, they hang up on me the minute I ask to be taken off the list, or where are they calling from, etc. This company is a fraud!!!! Most recent number is 617-390-4562. When you call, it rings busy so you can't get through. If anyone knows of a number to call for them where I can get my name off the list, it would be appreciated. Or a number to report them.

Receive a call from this number at least 3-4 times a week. Never leave a message and when I call it back I get an operator...How do you stop this???

I got the call (1.22.08) yesterday to my small business and when I called back found the phone number has been disconnected.

Lynn Haven Is a city in Florida.  It is unlikely that a Florida Realtor has been calling us.

I answered with "Hello?", and the other end did not say a word, just hang up.

LOL - that's who we need, a legitimate vigilante who'll go after these guys!
They've been calling me for at least 6 months now; half the time I press #1 to get more info and no one answers. The other times when I do get a person, they hang up on me the second I ask for any kind of clarification. Even if I pretend being hard of hearing and ask them to repeat... they hang up. It's so obvious they are afraid of being recorded.
Since I have no mortgage and do not pay interest on any of my credit cards, you know this is a scam. Probably a ploy to get your personal ID information to steal your identity, or sign you up for dubious "debt consolidation".

I got a call today at 1:42 PM. I listened to the message and pressed 1 to talk to someone, They asked if I wanted to lower Interest rates on my account, I have no interest or loans and No Credit cards!

These calls are Illegal and probably the number that shows up is a fake number also as I have found in the past.

I have previously recieved similar calls and most say a Florida Address, I have gone to the Donotcall.gov site as my number is on it, which I also stated to the caller before they hung up abruptly! There are instructions there on how to file a complaint which is handled by the FCC.

Same idiots calling Seattle, a pre-taped auto-dialer trying to sell me warranty service for a car I don't have. Like I'm going to drive my car 3500 miles to Florida for service? I tried hanging up on them so I could *69 their number (no Caller ID), but they were still on the line babbling when I picked up the receiver again.

I'm also on the Do Not Call registry.

It's time we contacted the Florida Attorney General's office and had them track down these goons. Or, you know, find a couple of Lynn Haven-based goodfellas, and have them pay the jerks a visit.

We received a phone call identified as Lynn Haven FL. The Phone number was 850-271-8240. Received 1/3/08 at 1:06 PM, Pacific Time.  We were told that we could receive a lower interest rate, but it was not clear what this applied to.    
I was told to press 1 to learn more.  Pressing 1 got no response.  I hung up.
Later I dialed the number given above and received a message: phone has been disconnected, is no longer in service.

I did a search on the Internet and learned about a Lynn Haven Florida that advertised a Mall, real estate, various other interests.  My wife and I wondered if this might have to do with our credit cards or home mortgage.  I was puzzled.

I answered the phone "United States Goverenment Department of Consumer caller fraude tracking and enforcement"  and they haven't called back since.

Got a call 12/29 at 0944am. Answered phone but there was no response. Caller ID states Lynn Haven, Fl.

I received a call but no message.  What good is the no call list?  I think I am going to take the idea someone posted about blowing a whistle into the phone.  I think I will keep a whistle handy.

Got a call from this# today and pressed 1 to ask them who they were and to stop calling me and the man on the other end wouldnt tell me who they were and asked me why I had an attitude so I just hung up.  I reported them on the donotcall.gov but I doubt it will do any good.

I received this call also and it was a recording from a "Heather" to lower interest rates on a "credit card" that had no problem. I googled the number and found this-then hit 1 to speak to someone that came on and asked if I was calling in reference to lower interest rates-I said I want to know who you are and why you are calling first-he hung up!

I reversed this number on Resvers Detective and it came up as from Lynn Haven Florida.I wasn't going to pay to find out more.

Just got a call from them too!  I've had several calls from them...

Received numerous calls from this number.  Pressed 1 and asked them to remove my number.  The guy just tried to continue to "sell" me.  I only responded with take my number off and he hung up.  I called back immediately and got the "this number is not in service" recording.  I'm assuming that is just their message, not the real phone company.

I got a call from this number today.  They didn't say anything, just hung up on me.  This is really ticking me off.  We're on the DO NOT CALL registry, we have no credit cards and no debts.  I'm tired of people calling my house and interrupting me on MY phone that I pay for.

Been receiving calls from 850-271-8240 for months.  All hours of the day and night.  I am on the NO CALL Registry too.  No messages ever left.

I LOOOVE the idea of BLOWING A WHISTLE into the phone!!  Please spread the word, and let's all try this.  I deleted dozens of messages over the course of a year (usually Lynn Haven, FL number 850-271-8240, but always same message) and finally pressed one to speak to an operator.  Played the "I might be interested, what company are you with, may I speak to a supervisor please?" game for a bit, then they hung up on me.  I am so sick of these calls.  I work nights, and I don't pay for my phone service just to wind up turning the ringer off to avoid scammers!

And they don't pay their bills either - they left our company with $5,257.70 tab of unpaid bills. They promise to help you with your finances, but can't manage their own! Sounds like they take the money and run. Changed their name to JP Accelerated, 810 N. Apollo Blvd., Melbourne, FL  32935.

yeah well they went to Kingsland ga, where they hired me and my wife under the name ACC Financial, although they're buisness liscencese says cruise and vacations IO reported them to the ga dept of labor for not paying my wife and I after both of us quit because we thought they were a scam.

I have now received a telephone call on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of this week from "Account Services" to lower my credit card interest rate.  This is a scam!

These people are definitely a scam.  I kept asking them what they meant by the term "annulment fee" and one manager was extremely rude to me.  Whe I finally thought I was talking to someone who could help me, the quickly mentioned that they would be charging $695 to my account for which I thought they were lowering the fees. When I said NO the woman hung up on me.  The initial caller also kept referring to being Treasury Cabinet approved.
