Has called 3 times in last 3 days

Got a call 10/07 in the evening from 1 852 198 9032 but no one would reply when I said "hello".

called my cell as well.  Very garbled message sounded like some kind of "job offer".  Had an additional #2 at the end of the number as well.

called my cell phone, some lady on the other end asking for "Connie" -- actually had and additional "2: at the end of the number on caller id making 8 number total
