They are a third party looking to receive money on a payday load made on the internet. The use the name Vantage Point. Sandy Elliot seems to be the that works the payments etc.   I have my doubts how legit they are since they have called and threaten arrest yet I'm still waiting over 3 years.

I just called the number back on behalf of a friend.  He emailed me their "threat".  I called Sandra back and asked her if she was following the FDCPA laws.  Her exact words were "to the best of her knowledge".  I told her she had better know them like the back of her hand when she goes to court as I am going to file a complaint with the attorney general and with a personal attorney.  I have worked collections for years and the text they sent my friend is so "whack" and against the law it's out of the ballpark.  He has never had a payday loan in his life either.  I told her to remove his number from his calling list and verified the number with her twice.  It's amazing when you talk to these people and they become aware  that you are knowledgeable in the collection laws and how they attitude suddenly changes.  We'll see what happens.  They cannot threaten you like that and using words like "execution warrant", "fowarding to local authorities with a "docket #"??  Too funny.

This is about Debt Collection tactics used for deception and intimidation.  You can not blindly say that there are not scamming professionals without realizing there are professional scammers!

Remember, this is not about debt collections, its about criminal acts of extortion and attempt to receive money under false pretenses. They are not Collection agencies, Lawyers, Law Enforcement or Process servers. They are criminals and you are their intended victim. This how you should view this. Do not panic educate your selves on these matters by knowing what the laws and regulations of collection are.

Yes, the predatory and cowardly tactics of 3rd party debt collection and their clients. Disguised as collecting on behalf of some client failing to disclose identity with calls as surveys, charities, or whatever. Hiding behind terms of "wrong number," "associated number," or "alternate number" when contacting, abusing, and exploiting relatives and friends. These relatives and friends include the elderly, vulnerable, and uninformed. It's impossible to resolve issues with these predatory cowards because their disguised as everything but who they are. There is nothing lower on the evolutionary ladder than these cowards disguised as "just doing their jobs!"

Scam call that left a text message on my cell phone.

I typed the first message incorrectly! The unknown caller sent a text message, so it states exactly: CALL Sandy Elliott at 855-202-1773 Ext 3033. THIS IS IN REGARDS TO AN EXECUTION OF PAPERWORK AGAINST YOU. THIS WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES TO BE EXECUTED AGAINST YOU AND FOR PICKUP WITHIN 24 HOURS. Thomas Jones Senior Legal Processing Officer. It was from the number 716-220-7479.

The second text at: CALL Sandy Elliott at 855-202-1773 Ext 3033. THIS IS IN REGARDS TO AN EXECUTION OF PAPERWORK AGAINST YOU. THIS WILL BEE FORWARDED TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES TO BE EXE... The message was cut off. This is from the same phone no. 716-220-7479.

Did the guy have a strong Indian accent.  This sounds just like an Indian extortion-type call.

I do just recieved a text message saying I needed to contact sandy Elliot writhing the next24 hours or paperwork will be turned in to the local authorities. He said is name was Thomas jones legal processing +1 (716) 220-7479. Who are these people and how do I get them to stop calling and texting?

Ok ppl, just calm down.  I don't think 855-202-1773 belongs to the real Vantage Point company.  In fact, I would hazard a guess that someone has hijacked their company name.  when you look at all the bbb complaints, the number there is (855) 760-8955 .

That second URL is linked to an insurance company in California so I doubt they know someone is spoofing their number

Received a message saying I would be arrested within 24 hours if I did not call them back.  They have a execution against me and my ss number.  Then I received a text message from 716-220-7479 telling me to call before the paperwork was sent to my local authorities for pickup.  It came from a person claiming he was Thomas Jones, legal department.  I was not given the name of the company.  I was informed that the company I owed money to was e-payday loans.  They don't exist.  What I find appalling is I received a text message.  I believe it's fraud.

The company is a fraud they claim if I don't give them money on a debt that was owed that they would send out legal papers for my arrest. Upon investigation there are no legal papers or warrants out for my arrest. Just get as much information you can but they are tricky and will not give the information you need in order to get them for fraud.

A Mr. Anderson from Legal Processing Vantage Point Services keeps calling me about 3 times a day Monday through Friday. He states that I owe $1000 for Payday loan fees that were NOT included in my BK and if I don't pay then I better prepare for court and hire a lawyer and said it is because it's fraud. He said unfortunately a BK won't protect you against Child Support, student loans, taxes, and the payday loan fees. Then adds that if I pay right now he can reduce it to $600 or even lower depending how fast I get back to him. He told me to call him back at 855-202-1773 X1502. I have blocked their number, but unfortunately sometimes it comes up as UNKOWN.

Any recommendations as to what I should say to them when they call me back? Maybe try and get more information from them?

I keep getting the same calls at LEAST 3 times a day Monday through Friday. From 855-202-1773 X1502. They actually DID leave me a voicemail saying.... I have no idea how to report this company as I KNOW for a fact it is fraud.

I get several calls a day from this number to my cell phone. I have asked them to stop calling but they do not. They do not leave messages it is a robo call which is ilegal to do to cell phones. If anyone finds out the Company Name, I woudl like to know so that I may make a complaint.

Probably spoofing their caller id as the number belongs to a company that specializes in Life Insurance

I received calls from these number telling me they are calling from a legal department without identifying company and/or bussiness name. They said I owe some money related to a fraud and they have my name and SS to prove it. They asked me to return the call as soon as possible and ask for extension 1502.
I have also received calls from( 813)600-4046, (813)677-0912, (813)600-4050 making threat to put me in prison in relation to a bank account from a bank that went out of bussiness more than 5 years ago. I went to the new bank and they ckecked my records and told me I don't have any debts at all with them.
