How can we stop these people? Anyone ever go further then reporting them to the FTC? I contancted my local police department, but they said there is nothing they can do because it is not in our state.  These people are harrassing myself as well as calling family members of mine.  They are rude and ignorant.  The telephone company said they can not block the numbers because they call from all different numbers and also sometimes the number does not come through.

Cab the Attorney General office for my state, as well as the Fedreal Bureau do anything about this? This has been gong on now with me for almost 2 years.  If this is so called true they would have all my updated information including my married name and also address to find me. So , I know this is not true and I feel better that I am not the only one going through this.  

I wish we can sue these A holes for harrassment, anxiety and hardships.

Can someone please give me any adivce on how to go after these a**les.  Thanks

  WOW! I cant believe there's actual comments about this phone number. These people have CALLED ME four TIMES , not only did they HARASS me DISRESPECT ME and frankly PISSED' ME OFF , they left voicemails I had so long to contact or I was going to be arrested letting me know this "serious" legal issues I need to uphold. I v called these people three times, first time, was aggravated but polite they hung up on me a MR. CHRIS DACOBI three times, Mr. Dacobi told me, "your slow".
  The next few calls I made I weren't as "polite" the lady who sounded like an idiot told me to go to bed and hangs up on me. HA! So at this point I am furious I CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY WHOSE VERY EXSPENSIVE ;) so guess what ? USE your imagination never in my life have I ever! had to go through something like this. As if they are superior ? Which cracks me up ill have my bachelor's next year.

This same number keeps calling me also. They both are saying the same information and harassing me to call by 6pm.  I hate hear these voicemails everyday.  Someone has to do something about this. They have been saying that they are going to take me to court for over a year now.  I just wanna know how they got my number and how to stop them from call.  I owe nothing.

I have received 3 calls today alone from this company, and once yesterday.  They also somehow got my mom's phone number, who I haven't lived with in 15 years, because I am a grown woman.  

6/18 10:19 AM:  Sounded like first line was a cut off from a recording and it sounded like he didn't even know his name, like he read it from a script.  He said hello, my name is...and he paused then said it.  Said his name was Steven Sancos (?) from RL Capital.  Has been trying to reach me and wants to try to help me.  Need to call by 6 PM or he will have to report that I am uncooperative.  He called from 855-208-2017 and said to call 855-269-6470.

6/19 11:03 AM:  Samantha Evans, paralegal from R&L Legal Services.  Stated she was following up on some paperwork she sent out to me in regards to an affidavit that's going to be filed with my county.  To avoid an appearance ticket contact 716-362-1597.  And she left me a reference case number.  She called from an "unknown" number.  This is the same woman that called my mom right after she called me and told my mom that I would have to go to court if I didn't call back and tried to get my mom to give her my address.

6/19 11:40 AM:  SAME EXACT message from yesterday from Steven Sancos.  CLEARLY a recording.  

6/19 4:36 PM: Alfred Martin of RL Capital stating his associates have tried to reach me unsuccessfully and there are some issues and paperwork I need to fill out.  He said his direct line was 716-362-1591 and the toll free # was 855-269-6470.  Very important he hear from me by 6 PM, if not, he will have to let his associates and client know that I was uncooperative and non-compliant in the investigation.  This man, had the same EXACT voice as "Steven Sancos".  

I am reporting them to the BBB.

SCUM !!!  Parasites !! no one lives here by the name they are calling for and leave persoanl information for that person...say court case, and papers to be delivered give us your address.  yea ok..should never leave that type of information on a VM..save them all and will be contacting Attorney General.

I have been getting many harassing calls from these f**gots so I called my attorney... ask for case numbers names of their representation... in no easy are they professional
