I got a phone call today (went to VM) stating that I needed to call back because they need signatures on paperwork and if I dont it will result in legal action.  They didnt use my name and didnt say what it was even for. I will not be calling them back after reading the posts here. The guy's name was Terry Morris "process server." Also didnt even say a company that he was with. The number was 1-855-790-0086.

A lady named olivia called my sisters phone from global check processing asking her for my information apparently because I owed something and I never ever write checks..I called olivia back to see what this was in regards to, she automatically asked for payments or she'd serve me to go to court. I told her to do what she had to do.

Just got a call at 4;30pm today from a David Goldstem tell me to call back or papers will be in the mail for me. concerning a client of theirs

They are bad people, They have been calling me, they even called my mom who is disabled and scared the crap out her, this guy named Ramond said he was going to have me arrested for check fruad.for a payday loan in 2009, It was paid ! I told him we are looking in to it with our Lawyer and the bank, We even are working direct with the company were the loan was done, They even told us not to pay anyone until we get to the truth.  We are reporting Globle Check processing / Globle Media , Jeff hamilton, Raymond Roadie and whom ever else they go by, first Raymond said he was an investigator, then a lawyer, then just a debt collector, told my husband no one was going to jail, they are going to ask a judge to make me pay the debt, ( But here is the thing My Husband just got off the phone with this 'thing" i an so mad right now I really have some choice words) It took him yelling at Raymond and telling him that he is a liar and what he is doing is against the law in our state, and he would see him in court when we have him arrested. These people are bad. Everyone needs to file complaints in their states and in the states the Phones numbers are located.. 401-400-7399 Providence RI,,, 214-865-7082 Dallas TX..   do a reverse search on any and all numbers they call from or give you and make a complaint to the state they are located... in my search these 2 phone numbers are wireless as well...  I only found out the name of the company by doing a search online, the phone 401-400-7399 is linked to Jeff hamilton we got his voice mail.... to bad for him as well as for Raymond who left me voice mails,, the police , AG BBB and any other law enforcement will enjoy hearing....I am fighting back,, Everyone else should too...

Exactly the same thing for me . Never had a ckg acct to have a ck fraud w/ anyone. havent had a ckg acct in over a year. Apparently Tom castle is legit on BBB but wouldn't the serve me sometime. ?  Had two days straight in messages on this, could it be a fake way to discover any info on a debt collector?

Got a message from a Mr. Kingsbury today to call and discuss my check fraud case with them...ummm...I've not had a checking account in over 7 years.

It's a scam, ignore them.

I spoke to someone at this number they have been calling me for months over a payday loan for $200.00 that was put into my account in error.  I closed the account right away and wired the money back to the company instantly. However, they are claiming I am guilty of check fraud because I didn't pay the fees owed to the company and because I closed the account.  I asked them the name of the company they were contacting me for and I contacted that company myself.  AAA services.  I was total at AAA loan services that they DO NOT work with this company and to NOT give any of my money to this company.  They informed me their loans were always sold to a company called National Credit Adjustors.  These guys are scum..They will take your money and run with it and you will STILL OWE on the payday loans.  Don't fall prey, don't give them any money  Find out what company they claim to be contacting you for and call that company directly I bet you money that company will have NEVER heard of them.  Best of luck

I've received 3 messages from this number but they are asking for an "Angela" so after the first message, I just ignored it but today, felt I should let them know that they have the wrong number but after reading these posts, I'm not calling them back.

Texas,  they obviously don't want you to have their address because of the C&D, and likely they prefer to remain hidden. It blows my mind that these toads try and expect to get people to pay money to them,  total strangers,  on the phone,  on unvalidated claims.   I personally would refuse to communicate by fax and would not discuss the debt any further until they provided all of the information that the the FDCPA requires.  This is a favorite method of communications for the bottom feeders (via fax)  because it can be claimed that they never received it.  They may be a collector,  but their methods are unacceptable and illegal.

Various names - James Hamilton (used 214-865-7082) Bob Kingsbury - Thomas Castle - (401-400-7399) when someone got on the phone that was not rude - (Mr. Kingsbury) he told me who the original debt was - LoanPointe - I informed mr kingsbury that I never had a payday loan with that company -and that if i remembered correctly in 2008/2009 time frame that company took 400.00 out of my bank account which I disputed - and won. Steven Hunter called and said he was with my county distract attorneys office and that if I didn't call Mr. Castle before 2:00 they would be serving me. First - it's ILLEGAL to falsely represent an agent of the courts. I thought it was funny that when I called the 401 number (which is Rhode Island) that Mr. Hunter was the one answering the phone. I had previously spoken with the very rude James Hamilton - who refused to give me his physical address (so that I could send them a letter of cease and desist at contacting me at my work). When I did a google search on LoanPointe - I found the very first thing was a decision by the courts in favor of the FTC reguarding Loan Pointes illegal use and handling of debt and scare tactics to the tune of a 294K loss to Loan Pointe. I'm shaking so bad right now from all of the harrassement and threats that I have had to deal with in the past hour alone when I finally decided to call them back - and it is about debt that wasn't mine - ever. They gave me a fax number to fax them the commentary that it wasn't my debt never had been, never had a loan (716-648-4280) but will that really make them stop? They said that Loan Pointe charged off the debt in 2010. A debt that was never mine. I am not sure what to do at this point except yet again - file charges with the FTC and my states Attorney General office.

Just got a call from James Hamilton - he didn't block his number like his co-worker did yesterday (214-865-7082) said he had a common complaint and to cll 855-215-4131. I'm sure that this is an attempt to collect a debt but the scare tactics and threats are just really getting on my last nerve. They never identify who it is that had the original debt just use scare tactics and when I asked if this was in reference to a debt he said - no. Really? because I don't have any outstanding warrants tickets or anything else. I tell them to stop calling my number for collecting a debt it's my work number. Call my cell all you want, blow it the hell up - but stop calling my work number.

Person left a message stating there was a charges against me with my name and social, when I called back there was someone by the name of James Hamilton stating he was with Global Check Processing and was unavailable to take my call.

A Bob Kingsberry called my grandparents about me.  I called them back raising hell. They stated they use the same systems as the FBI to track down my informationn. If that's true they should have mh number as well as my current address. Stated they bought my file from some loan company I used in march, stating I have a bad check and that I can face up to 6 months in jail and fines, etc. said I can pay it off 680$  but they won't send any type of documentation proving such. nor will they give me the information to whatever loan company I used.

Received a call from these people a couple days ago stating that I was being investigated for check fraud.  Whatever!  If that's the case, then take me to court and present your information because then they will find out that it will cost them more money trying to get something that I don't even owe!  Instead of making the harassing phone calls, go ahead and do what you're threatening to do.  It will cost them twice as much as what they're trying to get from people, so that's what they're going to have to do!  I don't owe anything, nor am I paying them anything!  Go find a child to play with because I'm a grown a** woman!

I received this call today but it was for my daughter who does not live with me. The guy's name was Bob Kingsberry. He claims that there is allegations against my daughter for check fraud. From reading the post ab ove it must be ascam and it needs reported

I received a threatening call from this number.  I also received a fax from this office asking for garnishment of my wages.  I will be call my payroll department today.  I never wrote any checks.  Also after reading this post above I will be contacting my attorney generals office.

Got a call this morning, early.
Recorded message was whining about check fraud and who knows what else?
Gave 855 215 4131 as a call back by 5:pm.

I think the name given was Global Check?

I do not have any check fraud or need any lawyers or other complaints so I
have no idea as to what this call is about.
