I also received phone calls saying they were sending someone to my home to sign paperwork and I must show if?  But number was different:  1866-927-0828.

I received the same call and it was asking for my husband.  I was also given two different numbers.  Its a scam call.

I received the same call from John LOCKHART.  He stated that it had to do with info they received from my last paycheck, and would afftect my bank sccount.  He also gave two different phone numbers to call back. I will not call back since I did this reverse phone investigation first.  Thanks guys for verifying my SCAM CALL.

I got the same call. But I've gotten no papers nor e-mails from these people. I spoke to two different guys also. One person was very ugly acting on the phone and hung up on me. I called back and another guy was very helpful. And of course the end of the conversation was if I would pay the $875 owed today I could stop all this. What legal actions can one due to stop this and or calls?

I got the same call as stated above. What is weird it shows like it is coming from somewhere on the coast of South Carolina on my caller Id. The man said he sent letters that was returned to them and said this is a contact at the end of the message. I don't anybody money. Yes please give more info on the class action law suit.. This is insane..

Had these people try to scare me that I was already having a summons and judgement against me.  Then they denied that.  Then they told me to get my lkegal S*hit together and they would too and they would see me in court.  That was said by Marcus Jones.  I called back Regional Accussions and talked with someone named David who said the same thing.  Very shady firm.  Block your number and watch your credit report as well as looking on the computer for a summons filed against you in your county.  Yeah, you may owe these people. And they have gone as far as to tell meI have 30 days to vacate my residence cuz they were taking that from me.  BAAAAAD firm.  Report them immeadiatly!

Yes I got the same call from a John Lockhart who gave the same story as those above.

Same story.. But the guy name was John Lockheart  also stated that he record me and said that it was not against the law to record a person without there knowledge.. Which is untrue. But also gave the same spill as the other post above. They left two different number on my voice mail to call, also stating to give my side of the story. I called the first number (855)218-7786  when I called It was a voice mail for Rachel and the second number (855)229-3461 is when I ask the name of the company Rachel and A**. Acquisition and filing services. the receptionist are whom ever placed me on hold and then before transferring me to John stated "Good Luck" John came on the line and did his song and dance...  is there ac class action suit going on if so please post the information on how to join.

Guy Claimed to be John Lockhart. "I'm sure you're familiar with this: Report of Last Paycheck, this could effect your Bank Status. Call 855-229-3461 (Caller ID was (In New Mexico 505) 204-7523. I Called 855 number and a female told me to leave a message. I Hung Up!!

Its a debt collector that recieves a small claims against you and they are trying to reave the debt. They are willing to send consumer report first so you know its not a scam. So they say

Millions of Americans are being called by foreign, 3rd world criminals faking their caller ID & are trying to extort money from American's on fake debts. As simple as that.

This was a sold of debt from 5/3 bank who fraudulently charged fees and closed my account years ago. There is a class action lawsuit against 5/3 going on in Ohio at this time, per the representative I spoke to and that I should look into joining it.

Calling me stating there are sending paperwork to my last known work address. Same name Tony Johnson.

They called my parents trying to get ahold of my wife. Gave her last 4 and her license plate number. Guy said his name was Tony Johnson, no company name was given.
