we've received more than 10 calls from this # in the last month. it's becoming more frequent, now a daily basis. they never speak or leave a message, very annoying. DNC list means nothing apparently.

Annoying, calls every day.

They call every god damn day.

I have gotten phone calls from 855-229-4364 almost everyday. I have never answered. they never leave a message. its so annoying.

Yeah, I did business with TWC about six years and 3 DNC lists ago.  It's all BS, no penalties really to companies who fudge on the law.

Like the other person said, it's Time Warner Cable and specifically their "Promotions" department. After getting several of their hang-up calls in the middle of the night and never getting messages when I wouldn't answer, I called the number back. They took me off the list when I complained, and apologized saying that it was an automated dial and that the middle of the night calls "just sometimes happen." As I am already a Time Warner customer, I don't understand what they're "promoting" to me, but anyway if you want them off your back call 'em up and tell them so.

Got many calls from this number. I never answered. I don't expect someone to call me from this area code (if it exists). It's just ennoying.

If it really is Time Warner calling you (& not a phoney) you have to do it a little different to get off the calling list. Call them on the customer service number (if you are) from your monthly statement. Tell them you want to be removed "from their internal calling list". This is a different list & all companies keep one. It means you get NO calls from them for NO reason. I would assume they'd call you if you weren't paying your bills, but otherwise this works. I read this on a website & I wish I could remember where! But, I recently called our local phone company, told them this & have never gotten a call since. So, worked for me.

I have asked Time Warner on multiple occasions to remove my number and they continue to call almost every day!!!!!!

i  dislike them calling i cant stand it i wish they stop calls very day diff times my hubby or my self will say hello but no talk back

I called it back and spoke to a Time Warner Cable rep... I asked for them to please NOT call anymore and he had me give him my Name, area code, address, phone number..... It was kinda annoying.. it seems like if they had been calling me over and over he coulda pulled up the info with my number! They call DAY and NIGHT every single day... anyways he said it would take 30 days to process me on the do not call list so I will continue to receive calls until then but that he put the information in the system.. super frustrating! I use my phone for work related things and It is always annoying to have repetitive sales calls...

Called 10:45am for the 3rd time.  I haven't answered and they left no message.

its time warner cable...asking me if i want to spend 80 bucks a month on a home phone and cable tv...um no thanks!!!!

I am a TWC customer in Raleigh, NC. I have received numerous calls from this number, but I never answer and they never leave a message. Looks like I will need to block the number as they do not get the hint that I don't answer calls from numbers not in my contact list.

this people has call me several times trough the week. no voice message. Could the police gets involve and stops them.

9:13PM (yes, PM) just got a call, it was Time Warner telling me my bill was 7 days past due.

It's Time Warner. Could be for Internet, Cable, or Phone service

I've received calls from this number numerous times. I actually received a call from them at 4:38 p.m. today. I just called back and a live representative confirmed that the call was from Time Warner Cable.

I agree. I've received a call from this number a few times. I only have internet, no cable or phone. No doubt it's a sales call.

Time Warner Sales Pitch.....answered the phone this time. They had been repeatedly trying over weeks now....I kindly said no thanks, I did not mention do not call back. I will update if they call again.
The deal was pretty good though if I had the money/need. $70 bucks for the works. Phone, cable/DVR, internet.

I got it too. Just used my block caller function on my phone. What's the point in a DNC call if the companies are not required to follow it?

I just got a call from 855-229-4364 and called them back.  it's time warner trying to solicit special pricing.  I told them that my roadrunner is good and directv is superior on HD so I'm not interested.

Had a missed call today from this number at 20:17 EST. Again, no message.
