These unscrupulous scammers never give up.  Home and cell ringing at the same time from "Restricted" callers.  Leaving the same threatening message as follows.

"This is not a sales call.  A complaint has been filed and your statement is required prior to the filing date.  We ask that you verify name and location information to schedule service of process.  You may press any key on your phone now to speak with an agent or call the claimant office at 844-823-0319."  

An attorney has investigated this and confirmed it is a scam.  I have reported to IC3, FBI and local police.  I cant understand why they cant catch these disgusting individuals.

No one warns you of being served, I would think they already know my name and address as they have scowered the internet to find any family or friends of mine to harrass.  What a joke!

Well they have called three days in a row. Wed and Thursday said I would be served on Friday.  Today is Friday and the new voicemail says that I need to make a "statement" before they process the case.  They are leaving a new number now which is 844-823-0319.  Damn, I wish they would get caught, apparently that is why they changed the number to speak to someone as I have read that Attorneys and FDIC called the above number

these people have been blowing up my house phone and my cell phone and i changed both number, i dont even know how they got my MOTHERS CELL PHONE but now they are calling her, and these guys are from the USA the claimed i was going to be served last month via mail or at my home and i got nothing. anybody else have american guys calling them?

Seems they have changed there recording. I've been getting these calls for a month now. I spoke to this ms Greyson she was rude wouldn't give no information except she needed my location

The message left for me today was a little different but still a scam - no doubt.

These people should be shot!

A live (not recorded) female voice left me the following message:

"Good morning. This message is for Judith Cook. Miss Cook, my name is Miss Grayson. Please contact me immediately regarding a civil complaint that's being processed in this office with your name on it. So is your social security number. You can contact me at 855-245-0129. Extension 203 and use your file number KB24626. Again 855-245-0129. Your file number is KB24626. Thank you."

Phone number was not displayed on caller ID (Private Caller).

I don't even know a Judith Cook.

I did not return the call.

I get the same calls at least three times a week. They can't even get the company right.   There a bunch of low life's.

So let's see you are planning to serve me (you dont know my name apparently), you also dont seem to know where I live although I am a registered voter and homeowner, hmmmm.   Your also calling me in advance to warn me, what a friggin joke.

Tired of the people already. I have no debts they won't give me any information but want me to tell them who I am umm dummy you called me.  

Call with a recorded message saying going to be served on Thursday they need name and location then 30 minutes later a blocked number calls asking with a male voice who refuses to give the name of there company but expects me to give my information. What a bunch of clowns

Omg ! I'm glad I came on here because I got the exact same message just now !!!!! Fake phonies !!! Saying I will be served on Thursday that's funny because today is Wednesday so they must have it orchestrated to call in that sequence or something ..... Fake phoney liars !!!!!!!

aww yes ms greyson, she can't tell u any useful information, she sounds like she's reading from a script, last week there name was tbc group

They called wanting my name and location and number .so they could serve me Thursday . You have my number . And if you don't know who you are calling hello . Dimb a***s

Called them back, spoke with Ms. Greyson, kept putting me on hold to grab my file.  They were also calling my mother's number and bothering her.  It took her a while to get my information - and I could hear others in the background.  She did mention PDA Group and said there was a civil complaint filed against me.  

It's a scam. Have your boss tell them not to call anymore

This number called my work phone and left a recorded message saying they needed to verify my name and address and that a hearing was scheduled for Thursday morning against me.  PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP CALLING!

Every Tuesday like clock work there calling with there threats I ask where they are located and the refuse to tell me anything.

FYI - I had an atty research these various calls from this "company" and sent records of their threatening messages to me and anyone associated with me.  The Atty confirmed after an indepth investigation that this is indeed a SCAM but unfortunately since its not a real company, they couldn't go after them.  

Now it's changed from being served on Thursday to Friday. How amazing these guys are a joke

Calling to ask my address to be served on Thursday morning.  When I ask who they are and what this is about the get all pissy and rude told them to get real

To me..., if they keep calling try to keep a record of dates and times.  If your boss has told them to stop calling and they continue. They are violating the law.  It's a scam and there just trying to scare you.

First calls with a local number leaves a recorded message about being served on Thursday.  An hour later getting a call from a blocked number   I don't not answer blocked numbers. They leave a vm with a case number and claim they need my address.  

That's sounds like a plan there.

Every time they call I ask where there calling from and the location of there office they refuse to give me that information. So I refuse to talk to them.

these people keep calling my job with alligations against my name and SS #. Saying it needs to be handled today. Yep because they called last week with the same message. Claiming her name is Grace. They can call all they want, I am not giving them money. And my job is going to stop them from calling. They are real upset they keep harrassing me here.

Keep calling claiming they need to verify name and location  But when you ask for proof they become nasty and so rude and start cussing.  Yeah there a scam   Plus they can't give you the name of there company one minute it's tbc group or pda group.

Let's blow up there phones with phony claims and see how they like it.

They claim your going to be served. No one is going to call you and tell you this. Or they say if you want to avoid legal action pay xxx to them  but when you ask who is the creditor they refuse to tell and get real nasty
