Got a call today (Feb. 27, 2014). I did not answer because I was busy. A voice mail left after that just said "Goodbye" or something similar: no way to identify the caller from it. Ironically, we had called Time Warner just today because there is something wrong with our modem.

it was a missed call and I called back to take the survey but they wouldn't give me that option... just a recorded voice said to contact them online for further issues... TWC doesn't even know that they will lose all its customers from our bldg, everybody hates them..Fios is here... after years of TWC being the only choice, everybody will swich over to Verizon.

Yes same deal here. Internet goes out. Call them. Same routine. It's you not us. I hang up when they want to schedule appt. Who's got time for that in Manhattan. Incoming calls then. Right to voice mail, just 5 question survey about loss of service. Prob required so they can avoid issuing credit. Happening a lot lately with heat wave and rain storms hits it too. No FIOS in nabe, yet. POS.

Some of you need to chill out. Have a drink or some sex or something. It's just for a survey because you have most likely talked to a customer service rep or a technician. I have never gotten a survey call more than once; whether I answer it or not.

I call Time Warner for service, and they then harass me with multiple survey calls. I wouldn't dare do that to my customers. What are these people thinking? Now, when they call my home phone their call is forwarded back to their own number. he he he he....

Glad I found out who it was from your posts. My Internet was out for almost 2 days - one day they had an "outage". the rest of the time, customer service basically said it wasn't them, but me(!) after many, many calls. Without the Internet, I don't have a phone, as I have Vonage. But all calls are transferred to my cell when the Internet is down, so that's where their call went, but no message. Funny, but my Internet is working fine now, so I guess my equipment "repaired itself". I really detest them, but have o choice but them.

got 2 calls from TWC from 2 different numbers,,855-249-0953 and 800-862-2253, left voicemail wanting to do quality assurance,, ya right, just want to sell an upgrade, I've asked TWC not to call me with this type of garbage

A few minutes after I finished online-chatting with a Time Warner technical support representative, I got a call from this number. They didn't leave any message. If it's a survey, I don't know why it's necessary because I filled the online survey form which was displayed on my screen right after the chat. The tech. representative was super nice and capable, and so they shouldn't to ruin my good impression with this useless telephone call!

I took a package that Time Warner offered. Same monthly price (but for how long?) and some additional features. I then received a call from 855-249-0953 with no caller ID name. So I did not answer it. It might have been TWC but if they do not have the balls to put there name on it, I will not ans it.

those surveys are for there customer service but dont take them lightly as they impact there employees. You grade there reps bad the lose money on there bonus checks and can even be terminated. With the way the economy is I wouldnt want anyone to lose there job behind a dumb survey as long as you give there reps a 8 9 10 and on question 4 rank timewarner what ever you and answer yes to question 5 you protect another fellow worker. The company may suck but i dont wish unemployment or loss of wages on anyone and they treat there employees like that. Next time you call ask the rep point blank does that survey impact there job. They will say no because the company tells them not to influence the numbers. The sad thing is from what a sup told me there all the really care about is that stupid 4th question because its about recommending ppl to there company so if you grade that rep u spoke to good they have to pay them more and they cant fire them

During the last tech call, due to no service, I had them change my number to by Google number. Almost immediately I got a sales call on it. Now that number gets all the marketing calls and I no longer have to pay for answering them. The just pile up in my virtual inbox.

Like others, I too had a recent (poor) experience with TWC, but did not elect any option to complete a survey afterwards. But it would make sense. Caller ID however does not say TWC but says "unavailable" - just like reliable service and support from TWC. Left no message. Called Saturday afternoon.

Call was from time warner(TWC) for a survey. I had just called them to complain about $20. 00 they said they would take off my bill if the tech did not show up on time. He did not show at all. I was ported to India( I looked up the # here on Call notes) where they could not under stand a word I was saying. I just said forget it I will call Tue. after the holiday and talk with someone who can speak English...
The tech did try and call but it came up unknown. as most people I do not answer numbers that do not show their caller ID. 10 out of 10 is some one trying to sell U something or as of late they have been pushing Bar-Obama's campain adds.

I was still on the phone with the Time Warner rep and she was telling me I would be contacted with a survey and the phone rang while I was still on the phone with her. I know they want survey results with your opinion fresh in your mind but let us finish the call huh?

More bull chit from TWC. They can stuff the service becuase its not service when you continue to call customers that complained about the service to do a survey. What do they think, you'll change your mind about how crappy they really are. Road Runner was just as bad. Totally such for the high price they charge for crap
