Got a call today from a seperate number asking to call back at 855-250-2616.  Just said his name is Taylor Joe Hansen and I needed to call so he could help me with an urgent matter.  Made no indication who the call was actually for or what the urgent matter was.  Would be nice to know but get the impression it is a scam of some kind.

I just received a text from my brother in law informing me an investagater is looking for me or my wife and will come to our place of employment to drop a summons. Ironically enough I decided to look up this number and to my relief from people's posts that this is a horrible scam and that by no means respond to this. Look out for 855-376-7126 that may leave a message with a case number. Their both connected and by no means get in touch with team.

Got a call today from 855-250-2616 they left a message stating he needed to talk to someone and they need to return his call today or he could not help. Well he cant help because I am not calling him back.

GARRY AVENUE, SUITE 114, SANTA ANA, CA 92705.  REGISTERED AGENT IS GARY BOYCE.  WEBSITE IS CMARECOVERIES.COM.  THEY BUY BAD DEBT FROM COMPANIES LIKE HBC BANK AND OTTHER CREDIT CARD ISSUERS AND UTILIZE STRONG-ARM TACTICS TO COLLECT.  THEY HIDE BEHIND THESE FICTITIOUS NAMES IN ORDER TO VIOLATE THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION ACT AND USE ILLEGAL METHODS TO COLLECT.

Got same message as others from 720-240--9552 and referenced the 855-250-2616 number. Researching online led me to this site. Think this is a scam and figured add to the post...thanks a lot everyone for sharing their experience.

Also received the same messages in the same order telling me I had to call right bak or there would be an ongoing investigation.  Told to call back to 855-250-2616.  The caller sounded annoyed and hung up the phone with a bang. I too, do not have any outstanding debt.  Don't know what their scam is, but I did not call back.  And, I have an unlisted number.

This seems to be another technique to scam people into calling into their bill collectors office/call center. I recommend against calling back anyone who is shady enough to lie about important or legal matters in order to obtain a payment. These people are normally rude and a great waste of time. Hopefully our economy will get better, and the bill collectors will stop lieing to and harassing people so much.

The CSI website announces their success in receiving payments, but the way that they receive payments is extremely shady and should (if not already) be against the law.

Pretty much same message as everyone else listed above. I have also tried to hit 1 to talk to this person but both times they have called and I hit 1 it sends me to another message machine so that they can call me back. Very frustrating because I know they aren't calling for me and I can't get through to a live person to tell them to stop calling! I know that this is not a debt collector for me because I do not have 1 thing financed! Not one!

Got a call from them and they threaten a investigator would be calling. Sounds like a scam.

Got a call from this number. You can hear as the answering machine picks up the knucklehead speaking to someone in the callcenter, and I quote, "Watch this, I'll get them to pick up", the message he leaves then goes on to say," This is Mr. Johansen, I need to speak with you in the next five hours about an important issue. If I do not hear from you in the next five hours I will not be able to help you. My number is 855 250 2616." The phone then hangs up. I am never behind on a bill and have no outstanding debts. The caller ID just comes as 800 Service. Have gotten calls from collection agencies for my Ex who hasn't lived with me for over 15 years, and who has never been associated with my phone number. Sending another complaint to the Attorney General.

This number called here with the option press 1 and when I did I was connected with a male who told me they were looking for my brother in law who doesn't even reside here. I was informed that they were sending an investigator with legal documents that needed a signature. They were told that my brother in law doesn't live here so I was given a case number and a number of 888-925-9485 for him to call with this case number.
I was told since he doesn't live here they put a 4 hour hold on the investigator coming to my house. I told them that if this so called investigator shows up at my house he will be removed by the Police.

They didn't seem to be too happy about that! =)

I received the same call. Taylor Joe Hanson, ph # 855-250-2616 saying if I did not return his call right away he could not help me other wise. Then there was another message connected to his call Ryan Thomas PSV or PSB Investigations, 720-316-7004, trying to say there is an ongoing investigation linked to the above named client Taylor Joe Hanson. I need to call right away.

got a call from them on several occasions telling me that they need to send an investigator out to my house and when would i like to set that appt up...r u serious...when i called the number back someone answered the phone with some bogus corp office introduction hung up on me when i tried to get more information from them..couldn't find out anything about this company (CSI)...if this is truly a bill collection agency why would they lie? esp since I answered and called back....

i have gotten the same thing and when i call the number no is available to take my call and when i do the more options is say that that option is not avaible and they mention a rotary phone who even has those anymore
i have found similar things about this number and a ryan thomas and they all saying it is a scam of some sort
if i continue to get calls from this number and the other one i am going to see what i can do about taking some kind of action about it
maybe i will even call my local news channel and see if they can get somewhere with it

i got the same thing from a 720 number telling me to call this number and if not then i need to make an appointment with them but when i call there is no one there to take my call

They claim there is an investigation and that they need to talk to me. Just trying to get information. Wouldn't give me any details on why they called.

My folks received a call from this number telling them that they are investagating me and wanted to know if they had anything to say.  I have no idea what this may be about.  A search on this number came up with nothing.
