These are un-wanted calls, and after I requested them to remove me from their list, I still get 3-4 calls a day

Wells Fargo will continue to call you even if you have your number removed through their automated delete list. Your entering your telephone number on such only signals them when you are home. Thereafter, you will notice that they will be calling you at that particular time.

This is Wells Fargo, if you can call them back early in the morning, you get a recording that talks you through how to remove the number they have been calling.  The recording states it takes at least 5 days for the phone calls to stop with this particular solicitation, however it also states that it takes up to 30 days to be completely removed from their "marketing" system.

It's worth a try!

The call claims to be from Wells Fargo with a special promotion-however I called my Wells Fargo office and they said that they would never call and leave no information but always leave a telephone number and their department so you could contact them.   During the Holidays WF said there are a lot of people pretneding to be from banks etc fishing for information-if these people call you do NOT give out any personal information or your account info.

Received a call yesterday and they didn't leave a voicemail. I called back and got a busy signal. They called again today and when I called back I got a message stating that it was a solicitation from Wells Fargo.

If you call them and get through, the automated message will allow you to remove your number from the list.
