A K,   I don't think I'd be too concerned about Sarah Parker.   Apparently she doesn't want to go to court too bad or else she would have already done it.  Apparently she's been calling for months (since you said she calls twice a month)   therefore,  I suspect she needs to get you on the phone so she can put some fear,  pressure, and intimidation on you,  and persuade you to hand over the $200.00.  Did she even say what the debt was?   It's a scam sir....I would ignore it,  or tell her to validate any claim she may have before I'd even consider discussing it.  Heck,  I would go to court before I would hand over a single dime to a stranger calling me and demanding money through  fear and intimidation of legal action.

i had a call from her too. she is processing n summons. I had a civil action pending against me but i cleared it up through her. I received a certified letter stating my case was dismissed, actually saved me some money. Have you called to find out what is going on?

A Sarah Parker left a message saying I need to call her immediately.  Stated she has summons on me and will take me to court.  If I don't pay $200.  I have been getting this call twice a month. I still have no proof on what I did. Does anybody have any answers for me?
