i also recived a call from this he gave me the number i called it and spoke with a man named kevin he was actually pretty helpful he explaind that no formal filing had been made as of yet and advised me of who the claim was from and sent me a fax with the information on how to resolve it they were very polite i resolved my ace cash express pay day loan and recived a paid in full letter.... after doing so i was curious as to the validity of the letter so i contacted ace cash express myself after they gave me a nuber for united holdings and after calling two collections companies i was directed back to 855-282-2522 the account now show on my latest cbr as paid in full

Yes, I recieved a phone call from these people and when I check with the court docket they and court records and they said they did not have anything filed against me with my name on it and the Docket case number that they gave me did not exist they advised me to call the sheriff department and I did.  They said never give out any number to anyone and that if anyone is going to be serving papers to you that it should come from and legal officer and that above all it will always have to go through our court system first.

So do believe what they say they are only trying to scare you to try and give out your personal information.

The same thing happened to me. People, before you become alarmed check with your local court and see if the claims are legitimate. There was nothing filed for me. This is clearly a collections agency.

I received a call from this number with a nasty and threatening message.  They said they had a "Notice of Intent" to file and will bring it to my home and work to have me sign.  First of all, Notice of Intent to DO WHAT?  I checked the local county court docket and no case has been filed against me.  I did not call this person back.
