Also responded to this ad and talked to the gentleman. They want you to send $199 to LOS ANGELES, CA!! This is supposedly for the software. Very shady.

It's a work-at-home automated message that's probably a scam. There was an ad in my local newspaper about a medical/clerical job and this phone number was listed. It said you should have strong computer skills, a billing background and could make up to $14/hr based on experience.. but you have to buy their software for $199.
