They kept calling my house at least 3 times a day and everytime they refused to specifically mention who were they looking for. Their messages were vague. They didn't identified who they are when calling my house and they just kept reiterating they have received two pending litigation files and they indicated if my family or i don't take immediate action to resolve the matter than they would proceed to serve us at our house or work place. We've never received any notice from them prior to their calls. Now If, they are a legitimate debt collection agency how come they never identified themselves. According to the state and federal laws they are not allow to issue any threatening messages to the intended individuals.

This number belongs to a debt collector that does not adhere to any of the FDCPA and TCPA regulations and isn't very careful with associating phone numbers to debtors. The company is called Transmediation (doesn't appear to be registered anywhere) and is located at 38105 Post Office Rd, Prairieville, LA 70769-4296.

Please save all details regarding this caller. I'm getting ready to start legal proceedings.

I keep getting calls from different numbers 571-222-1252,"unknown number"... all automated, all saying to contact 855-326-5458. started out saying they were calling for (my name) in regards to (####), then they were calling stating I left them no choice but to come to my home or place of business in a threatening tone. and so on. 4 different messages, maybe moor. i haven't listened to them all because most of them were the same and they call about about 12 times a day. none of them say who they represent and all simply state "represent legal division in your area.

I have been getting calls every few hours from this number for a couple of days, they are not even calling for me (even though  this has been my number for a few years now) and I can not get a person to speak with me because it is automated...if I want to speak to a person I have to press a number indicating I am the person they are looking for!

Did you try and call them to tell them to remove your number? That usually fixes the problem..

annoying CALLS ALL MORNING I AM NOT EVEN THE PERSON RESPONISBLE, AND CALLING ME THEY ARE RUDE, AND PROBABLY UP TO NO GOOD.

it's a firm that handles delinquent accounts to make sure they don't go any farther.
