THEY KEEP CALLING, NO MESSAGE AND I HAVE TOLD THEM ON MANY OCCASSIONS TO STOP CALLING AND THEY STILL CALL. I WANT SOMETHING TO HAPPEN TO THEM. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THE CALL UP TO 10 TIMES A DAY. I HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE SITUATION THEY ARE CALLING ABOUT AND STILL CALL.

If this is Dell Financial Services calling for someone who does not live with you the best way to stop the calls is in writing. Telling the headset people over the phone is obviously like talking to a brick wall.

Your posting reads like someone who could produce a good "cease and desist" letter.
Write and tell them that the person that they are trying to contact doesn't live there and to cease and desist calling your number attempting to contact this person. Be clear, concise and polite. Tell them the number(s) that you want them to stop calling. Be sure to include the magic words "cease and desist." Keep a copy.
Send it registered mail with a return receipt requested. The return receipt is a green post card that they sign and that the Post Office mails back to you as proof that they received the letter.
If that doesn't stop the calls, then really sic your lawyer on them.

This is Dell Financial Services. They have called my home 100s of times over the past several months. I have told them over and over that the person that they are looking for does not live at my home and that I do not owe them any money. I have asked them to please not call me anymore, yet they continue to call. Today, I returned the call and spoke to "Sam" a female and told her that they were harassing me and if they called my number again I would exercise my right to sue them. I explained that they had the wrong number, and they needed to remove my number from their system. I didn't say this in a angry tone, just matter of fact. She hung up on me. After that call, they called six more times. The last time they called today, my husband spoke to Tyrese, and told him the same thing. He was an arrogant thing, and said for us to go right ahead and sue if we thought we could. Just to have our lawyer give them a call. Sooo, I think that's exactly what we'll do. I'm sick of these folks.

One lesson I've learned from this is .... NEVER buy anything from DELL.

Since June 1, they have called over 100 times, just 6 times today, beginning @ 8:04.  I don't owe anyone except my mortgage and its not them.  I am elderly (69) and its so worrisome.  How can I stop them from calling me?  The number is 855-333-2858 - no one answers when you answer.

I have reported them to the do not call list 25 times just this week.
what go is it when no one gives a s*** about them calling your cell phone.
the person who has this cell phone lives in a car and picks up cans to pay for it.

Annoying!  They called 3 times within 30 minutes.  When I picked up the phone, I got a pre-recorded message that said "call holding for......" no name was given.  This should be considered a harrassing call.  I would like to know who they are, because they surely do not say!

Call house constantly. No message, but calls are getting annoying.
