I received a call,. no message was left,  returned the call from another area code and number, and a recording picked up stating that if this call did not have caller ID then that call was no made from that number (????)....

They call asking for "Patricia Ptalabou"(?) and also for "Jay Schmidz". Yes usually it's the recording of the woman with the British accent, who goes by the name "Kelly Smith".  To "verify" your identify they'll ask you for the last 4 digits of your social security number.  When I asked her, the woman I talked to acknowledged that they didn't even have the last 4 digits of my social.  Good luck dealing with these clowns!

got  letter in the mail telling me that I owed a 562 dollars to Verizon wireless but they would settle for 84 dollars... I know this is a joke as I have never had good enough credit to get service with Verizon but they claim they are collecting this bill for Pinnacle Collection Services LLC.... they call me from 8554202623 several times a week and at least 2-3 times a day... I never answer as I assumed it was a telemarketer and  hate people trying to sale me stuff....  not sure if I should send them a letter back or  call them but I sure am not gonna give them a penny since I've never had Verizon wireless. service...

This people Convergent USA also are calling me from 305 894 1102 and I have no debts nor I have any past due debt.   They are calling my corporate number every day once and twice.  I tried to write them as they send me a letter of a debt I do not have and the letter was returned to me since the listed address is unknown.  If there is a class action suit let me know will participate gladly!!!

I just started screaming profanity at the person calling me They did not like the F-word very much an when I very loudly Started using it they told me they would not accept language I reminded them that it was my F-ing phone that they were calling, And I have not got a call back since then.  Just be EXTRA rude to them.

I have received 2 call in less than 2 hours from this number but when I answer they ask me to hold for the next available representative.

I'm the lucky one! so far.... I got 1 call from  855-343-7888 on my voice mail. I will save their numbers in my cellular as DO NOT ANSWER so when it rings I know it's them and will not answer. I have done this before in the past and it has worked well because they never make contact to a person.

I went to the hospital and submitted my insurance card... my provider paid the hospital but they claimed that it was not paid. I have been fighting this for a few years on my own and they hit my credit! I disputed the charge and it was remove and ER Solutions Inc. had wrote a letter stating that they made an error. Now here I go again! LOL I might sue but only if it hits my credit again. And I will sue the hospital, my provider and ER Solutions, inc. but I do not want to go through the process at this time until it is needed.

Ihave been getting this strange callls starting at 8:45Am every morning lasting until 11:45pm at night.
When I ask who is calling they want me to identiy with complete ss#...I gave them the wrong ss# and she "Kelly Smith" stated that I had an outstanding account with Sprint..I HAVE NEVER had an account with them.. She stated that I had to pay today or it will be presented as a garnishment to my employer within 24 hours.
Told her to do what she had to..without valid information I was unable to help her..long story short that was 2 months ago and calls are still coming..each time I give them a different ss# and they say the same thing.
This last time the address was made up 1254 sunshine street delware 15th hwy orlando ,fl 55015.
Apparently, a sherriff was at my door.

Just went to sprint.com and blocked all their numbers.  Seriously these people need to get a life.  My credit is stellar and I am NOT falling for the scam.  Called MULTIPLE times per day until I blocked them.  I will just keep adding numbers as they continue.

I was also told by a colllection company(a different one) how they would get a judgement against me and of course garnish my wages(don't work) for some check I supposedly wrote(I disputed) from 5 yrs ago, and of course they were going to go after my bank account, FYI... if you are on Social Security and it is your only income....they can not touch you, only the Federal goverment can attach your check..  But I get calls from this place3-4 times a week, I just don't answer any of them....if it is that important, they'll send me a letter, most of these companies get these debts so close to the statues of limitations being over, they go overboard on the harassing calls to intimidate you into paying, if you owed anything at all to begin with. Never agree to anything on the phone, always ask for paper to prove, most of them can't provide what you need for the claim, in some cases it is some company you have probably never heard of that they claim you owe money to...Hope this will help someone out there....

They say their name is Convergent and they are a "financial institution" company.

I have been recieving calls from these ppl at all times of the day... finally I answered the phone and told them to stop calling, that the person they are looking for doesnt live here.... still recieving calls.....   i called the number back to again to tell them to stop calling and instead of a person you get a voice mail... left 2 messages  telling them next call i receive from them they will be hearing from my lawyers...
