Amy Thomas called my office phone from a private number and asked for me but I told her I was not available and would take a message.  She told me she had a package that will be delivered to me on Thursday and I needed to sign for it.  She did not leave her company name only the number....855-376-7125.

Caller says he needs to serve me for upcoming trial, I dont know what this is about or who they are.

He is leaving message on my voice mail with a undtifiable number. he is breakign the law leaving those kinds of message. (on a unknown recorder) I am reported him to the attorney general . For  this action he is doing is uncalled for and not acceptable to the consumer. I am going to get this taken care of. Also stated that the person is going to jail and also hasa to sign papers for court is not something you leave on a voice mail.

Same deal. . .except my call was from Richard Harold (?) who described himself as a "private servicer."  Started calling last week.  Stated that I needed to make myself available to sign for a "service of summons" resulting from paperwork filed with his office last week.  hmm. . .

I just recieved another call from James Andrews who claims he's a legal courier. This guy has been calling me for the past 3 weeks from a private number which of course I don't evver answer I always send those calls to my voicemail.  He claims he must serve me court documents for my up coming trial and that today Monday April 23, 2012 is my scheduled day to be served well the last 3 Mondays were also my scheduled days, Each time he claims he is coming to my residence if not there then onto my place of employment well as of today I have yet to be served with those so called documents and I have not been avoiding him I'm home every Monday yet he threatens me with "if you continue to refuse to be served you will make this already bad situation worse for yourself"; wow I'm shaking in my boots. It is quite obvious that this is a SCAM. I called the 855-376-7125 the company is called Check Management Group and I get the recording the male voice sounds just like same voice that has been calling me.

It's an illegal scam. This guy named George Carmichael calls up and claims he is a lawyer wanting to serve you papers. He is not a lawyer. He is just a bill collector. He called me and told me that I was due to appear in court and was going to be arrested if I didn't call Julie Smith at a 1-800 number. He called one of my relatives told them he was a lawyer and he was going to have them arrested for harboring a fugitive and obstructing justice if they didn't pay my debt. He calls from a private number says he is a lawyer, threatens you in some way, then asks you to call a 800 number, so you have no way of contacting him directly.

said it was a courier service to serve papers over a unpaid payday loan...I told them go ahead....What they are doing is illegal....

Its a scam.  Owner is Donald Alessi 6215 Transit Road East Amhearst NY 14051.  This guy also owns Alessi Fitness.  These guys are obtaining personal info via their access to credit reports.

Check management group.. It's a collection agency for a payday company.. Also look up 855-376-7122.. Same company they just changed one number..
