This number keeps calling me and my family, how do I get them to stop.

Idiots calling again.  They have been calling for months.  I really wish they did have papers to serve me so I could sue their butts.  They just make crap up trying to extort money out of people.  Don't fall for their crap!

These people called my ex-sister in-law telling her they were trying to get ahold of me, and telling her this same crap. Granted i did file chapter 13 bankruptcy several years ago, but still what i did was legal and my debts were paid. Any suggestions on how i can get them to stop calling her?

These people are not a licensed collection agency for the State of Illinois. It is illegal for them to call anyone in the State of Illinois if they are not licensed to do business in the State
This is a fraudulent company. If anyone has any debt that needs to be paid they must be able to verify the debt in writing and send proof of the debt along with proof the debt has not been discharged in a bankruptcy or written off on taxes.

How can a collection agency charge me with check fraud? I use to work for a collection agency the things these people claim will NEVER HAPPEN! !!! People  dont not fall for it you will just be giving your money away to a bunch of low life people who make a living scamming people out there money from previous loans that were paid and they bought the info. BE AWARE

This number called our businesses tertiary line (the one we use only for DSL) with a recorded message asking for a person we don't know and that has never worked here. I called back and asked the name of the company and that our number be removed from their list. We get  this person and her various aliases on this number. Why she used it I'll never know! Deadbeats!

Thank you alot!! I was getting scared and they starting stating bank accounts that i had as a child and was not the primary account holder! I was under my grandmother due to age! These pple been calling everyday all day and I'm totally lost due to the fact i never wrote checks and had idenity theft back in 2009! Thank you for the advice and information.

They're frauds. The greasy little foreign frauds (probably Indians) have been firing up a lot of new 855 numbers recently. They're probably spoofing the numbers, but it doesn't really matter. Simply DEMAND a notice of validation by mail. NOT e-mail or fax. As per federal regulations under the FDCPA. When they refuse or start making threats & excuses...hang up! They're frauds!

This company keeps calling threatening me! Stating that i owe money and is look at to have check fruad! I never owned checks and their stating that they will be sending legal paper work for me to appear in court to my home or employer! They even said i should i been recieved this paper work already but i need to make payment and they won't send the forms! Please Help me
