all this has happened to me please call the US POSTIAL INSPECTORS SVE so it can be looked into.
They act like organized crime so call 877-876-2455 for the postal  inspectors. Or call the FBI THIS IS notTHE WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. The people doing this are criminals hiding behind a company name. the name of the company is consolidated management at p.o.box 1844 Los Angelas, ca

also call the Federal Trade Commotion and report the people.

I got a call on my cell as well....I didn't know the person they were looking for so I called them back....I told them that they  called my phone 4 times hung up and then call the 5th time leaving that nasty voice mail with someone ealses name...I asked them if this was commen practice for them to call several time before they left a message, because I was with a client at the time when my phone went off that many times one after the other from the same number...They really didn't say much to me about that ....I then gave them my phone # so they can look it up and remove it from their records and they said the # was not on there list...I said it must be because I recieved all these call from the same #,,,,they had no answer....So for right now I haven't recieved any calls since....I do know that what they are doing is agains the law...First they have to state who they are and what they are tring to collect and what for...they can not threaten you , your job, or your property...They do have the right to collect any debt the legal way by a judgment and then having a garnishment put on your wage...They are alowed to advise you of this if you are not willing to settle the debt then...but they can not bully you or threaten you in anyway.

ALYSSA VEGA CONTINUES TO CALL PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT SHE HAS SPOKEN TO SUPERVISOR AND WAS ADIVSED SHE NEEDS TO TAKE PAPERS TO RESIDENCE. ALYSSA ADIVISED SHE WOULD CONTINUE TO CALL EVERY 30 MINS UNTIL I COMMIT TO A 600 $ VISA OR MASTERCARD PAYMENT. THEY CONTINUE TO HARASS ME AT WORK AND MY SUPERVISOR AND I HAVE TOLD HER AND THE COMPANY NOT TO CONTACT ME AT WORK... I HAVE GIVEN THEM OTHER METHODS TO CONTACT ME.

KEEPS CALLING AND ADVISES NEEDS TO HAVE PAPERS SERVED BUT DOESNT WANT TO TAKE THEM TO MY RESIDENCE.THEY HAVE STATED THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CALL MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT EVERY 30MINS. I HAVE ADVISED NOT TO CONTACT ME AT WORK AND HAVE GIVEN THEM SEVERAL OTHER WAYS TO CONTACT ME BUT REFUSES TO DO SO.

I got a call from a local exchange number.  The person said they needed to meet me to serve me. I said I don't know you or what this is in reference to and will not do such.  Has been calling consistently and harassing me.  The person referenced this (855) number to call with a claim number detailing more information.  Scary because the person had personal information from other addresses.  If he calls again, will get legal authorities involved. Called the name consolidated. They contacted the President of my company he relayed messages to my boss they said call alysah Vega  I called three nobody by that name works there but I owe a debt
So asked for info and guy said wait for court papers and hung up

Well, let's see here. You're being served for sexual harassment, you're a potential witness, five years ago. Have you thought about getting ahold of "Donald"? He seems to be right on top of these posts.
We'll be watching this one. Someone's about to get bent over. Only time will tell who it's gonna' be.

Well "Donald", I guess it's safe to assume that your "client" is getting set up for some scamming fraud to make a run at her. Go figure!
You are evidently not qualified to council your client in consumer law. It would be in her best interests to refer her to an attorney more versed in the debt collection industry and their practices. Especially fraudulent ones and their SHILLS!

This company called my old employer and left a message saying they want to serve me with papers for a sexual harassment lawsuit against me.  When she called back, the person she spoke to said that I am a potential witness in a court case and they are trying to contact me.  I haven't worked with that employer for five years.

My client has received numerous calls at illegal hours threatening to serve her papers!
She dispute the alleged debt - i.e., she has never heard of the alleged debt

i got the same message its a scare tactic used from a pay day or loan company its just a bunch of crap.  my pay day loan is from 07 the statute of limitations ran up last year to collect in florida sorry you muther f****rs

What kind of company is this

A man claiming to be from a law firm, but does not identify what firm.  Says this is my final warning, they have my address and will be serving me with a warrant if I don't contact them before the day is over,.  Does not state why I am being served, but repeats this several times and in a threatening manner gives me a number to call with ID#1005629.  have received call from these people before; have told them to do what they need to do.  Calls subside for a while and then maybe a month later, begin again,  Please find out who these people are.  It's humiliating, embarrassing; they are calling my place of employment.

I got a call from this number but no message and when I look it up nothing comes up. Does anyone know who's number this is?
