Yes they are calling and threatening to send someone to my Niece's house.  The caller is using the name Darrin and he is very rude and harrassing!!

Stop calling my brother.

I received a private number call (which I answered because some of my friends will do that) and was told I have court issued documents coming to my OLD address, they tried to get my new address without telling me anything else.

Then they gave me a number 855-443-1211 and said to call them, so I did to see what these documents were. One the man that answered the phone 'Darren' was right off snippy and disrespectful. I asked what it was about and he stated he was trying to tell me and that I needed to be quiet. So I was, then he said nothing so I asked again what are the documents. He blatantly told me to shut up so he could tell me.

A debt collector must immediately answer your question without hesitation if you ask what it is about, and they usually are very quick to answer unlike this idiot.
