This co keeps calling for my mother who at this time is in hospital when I told Michael the person who called he was most rude and said some things I do not want to repeat  I still have no Idea what they want but they need to stop the threating calls.  My mom to start with is 78 yrs ols and has no idea who they  are we are on a no call list   pls stop harresing and threating us

This company has called and threatened not only people I have not had contact with in years but also my parents. They will not state who they are but are telling each person they call that they are delivering a summons to the house of the person they happen to be on the phone with at the time.  I have checked my credit reports and can not figure out what this could be about.

I was contacted by a company by the name of Progressive
Assets Company in Lake Elsinore, California # 855-456-3251.
The man Mr.Steve Anderson proceeded to tell me that I owed a debt of $4000.00 but
If I sent him $500.00 that day they would call it even! He had called my neighbor to get in contact with me and said they found her number in phone book which didnt make sense at all! I called information to
see if they had a company by that name in California and there is
no such company! They said I had to pay $50.00 a month until
I got the $4000.00 paid or they would take me to court! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

My, MY, My  Clay,  that lady done went and lied to you. lol  (as I'm sure you already know)   That number is PAR  (Performance Assets Recovery)  Shysters if there ever was one.  I'm guessing that when you called them,  and showed that you wasn't going to bend over,   they quickly wiggled out of any liability.

These people have been calling my family members from a private number threaten to sue me. They want to send summons papers to my family but refuse to send me anything without me making a large payment first from a sprint cell phone I had in '06. They asked me if I could barrow a debit or credit card from a family member or friend bc I told them I do not have one. I called sprint, I do not owe them anything nor have I ever breached a contract with them. They told me a had to make a payment of $1,200 today to drop the lawsuit, them as I was telling them that just wasn't going to happen, the payment became lowered to 9hundred something, then to 7hundred something, finally before I was about to hang up Mr. Garcia informed me if I could barrow the money and pay 5hundred something today that my case would be closed. I called this number again this morning and the so called receptionist or whatever she's suposse to be didn't even know off hand the name of the company, I asked her whats the name of your company she said corporate and I say what kind of corporation, You dont know the name of your company after she thought about she said very smug PAR ....... THis people are a JOKE!!!

These idiots called my dad's office.  More than once.  The last time they said I had a court time set for today and I had missed it.  (they said it was set for 1:07).  Seeing as I don't work there, and my father was out of town, the secretary sent a copy of the message to my father and mother.  Mom calls me up, nearly in tears, thinking I was about to go to jail.  So I call the number and they answered "Corporate Headquarters."  I asked, "corporate headquarters for who?"  She said "PAR" or something like that.  The would give me no other info except to transfer me to "legal."  The guy in legal said they don't make calls like that and assured me that it wasn't them (although the number they gave was to his company.)  They fished and fished for info, which I wouldn't give.  I did give him the case number since I was curious as to what was at the bottom of this ordeal.  He put me on hold, but never came back.  So I hung up.  I called everyone they have been calling and told them next time they call to tell them if they called again, they would own this company for breaking every collection law on the books.  Though, I assure you, I would never want to own a company such as this.  I will be ignoring them from now on....unless I'm in the mood to chew out their a**.

This caller was rude and it was for a member of my family that lives 1300 miles away.

As with all the other posts, I was called, by a Michael, no last name, and threatened with criminal charges because I had been reported by someone, whom they would not name. I couldn't understand the name of the company he gave on the answering machine, but it sounded like Ishula Nations.
This is getting to be outragous, last week was called by a Michael Garcia, I looked it up on the internet and saw it was the same kind of deal.
If I owe any outstanding debt, them the original party involved will have to notify me before I do anything.
Last October, the same thing happened. At that time I was not aware of the "scams". I setteled an account for $1,100, made in 2 payments. Never heard from them after the second payment until I called them. While I was talking to them, the lady that was on the phone said she had just sent in a request to have the final papers sent. Finally got them today, but still don't know if I just gave someone $1,100 or was it lagit.

They called my daughter's cell phone and scared her to death stating there was a complaint against me. That if I didn't call them within 2 hours, I would be summoned and also go to jail. My daughter lives in Florida and I in Virginia. There must be something that can be done about this criminal, threatening behavior.

since they give u a toll-free number to call , maybe we should call them and hasass them..

caller said he was calling about one of my employees looking for a home address to deliver a summons. gave me this number and a file number 32672

I was just called by someone on my cell phone.  The number came up as 951 that is all.  I was surious about this number so I answered it.  I shouldn't have...The lady on the phone asked me if I was being served in a court order and I did I accept? I asked what she was talking about.  She used my 1st name and said I was being served gave me a case number.  She said she didn't know anything about it.  She gave me a case number and phone number to call.  She told me she got my number from my father-in-law.  When I called , the person that answered the phone asked for my case number and transfered me.  The man that I was connected to was John Terkins.  He told me that I was being sued for a debt I owe Bally Fitness from 1999.  I lost it.  I told him I didn't have a contract with Bally's from 1999.  He told me my social security number.  I never give that number out. I kept asking who he worked for.  He told me he worked for Premier Credit.  He said they sent me a letter in the mail.  I asked what address.  He gave me my address.  I hung up at this point.  That's when I googled the phone number 855-456-3251 and found this site.  DO NOT be alarmed and do not give any info...HANG UP  THE PHONE!  They called me right back and I didn't answer.

I received a call from these people stating that I have a master card account that I owe $3000 to. Apparently they claim that I made payments back in 1999 from my current address which is funny because I didn't move into this address until 2006 because this house did not exist up until 2006. I asked them to send me written notice so that we can see what they are referring to. They hung up the phone when I told them that they are trying to fish my personal information for their own ill gotten gains, although I did use profanity because he was getting belligerent when I resisted their probing. He threatened to take my house and my business but there again I haven't a business. They didn't have correct information and they just tried to get something out of me. I told them to "F" off and they hung up.

I received a call from an unknow number telling me that they were trying to summons me to court.He proceeded to give me the 855-456-3251 number and told me that he would give me 30 minutes to get in touch with them...when I called the number she proceeded to tell me i owed $21,000 but the would settle for a little over $6,000, but when i asked who it was and the number she didnt know and number to the company so she googled it..first she said it was a payday loan and then she said it was a consultant service to find a job...If someone was taking you to court look like you would know who it is and their number..first she said it was out of Dallas then it was change to Atlanta Ga.....then all of this is suppose to be in my maiden name......something doesn't sound right.

what they are doing is violating every collection law there is.  We are getting calls for my daughter they are threaening the same thing.  I hope they serve her with a summons so that she can counter sue!  This abuse needs to be stopped!

855-456-3251, this company so called Performance Assets has scammed my grandmother out of 600$ already a guy named steve at extension 235 called threatning her, i am a paralegal and i am telling you what they are doing is illegal they are not legally able to threaten you over the phone with law suits this is called harrassment! if anyone is receiving the same phone calls please do not give out any of your information over the phone, i am working with law inforcement agencies to help find these a***oles!

Just received a call from my mother in law who got a call from this 855-456-3251 number and they have her scared to death that my husband is going to picked up and sent to jail for a debt that he knows nothing about. It's awful that theses people can get away with this CRAP!!!!

Just got a call from a blocked number saying a summons for court complaint was trying to be served and wanted to confirm my home address (which he had correct but I didn't say yes or no to). and that a complaint has been filed against me.  He kept giving me his name but would only tell me he was calling to have me call a number (855.456.3251) and he went so far as to give me a "case number".  When I told him the number was a local number, he proceeded to say it may be something out of Dallas.  Found that interesting since I have no dealings with Dallas!!  Went directly to the internet white pages for a reverse phone number look up and found this site through spokeo.com.  After reading the other complaints I will be sure to alert my kids and mom (who are on my cell plan) NOT to answer ANY unknown numbers.

just called for my sister in law and said she was being taken to court. Now they will not answer the phone!

This company keeps calling my sisters place of employment which is a Sheleterd Workshop as she has a developmental disibilty and has never had any loans or credit cardit cards. They call stating they are on their way to serve her and take her away and put her in jail. I have called trying to stop it and have called the police but they keep doing it....they are monsters!!!!!

This party named Mike Jones called my business and threatened my employee with papers for garnishment, He had a case number too... Made it sound ligit...I gave no info and we checked on line and this number and person is a major scam artist, The Better Business Bureau should look into this situation. People be aware!!!!

A woman called to my store from a restricted number, looking for previous owner (8 years ago).
I said she had wrong numbers.
Then, without saying where she was calling from, she was demanding to speak to current owner or manager. She was very rude.
She threatened me with that she has complaine file to my store and will be delivered today.
(remember that she was looking for previous owner)
I said "ok, send it" and asked her name and company.

They called my daughters home and left a message that if I did not return their call within two hours they would be forced to make a decision "without my consent". I have no idea who they are or what they want. I will not call them back. If it a legit matter they must present it in writing - that much I know. I do not live with my daughter or at her place of residence. This has to be some kind of a scam. I will report any further messages to authorities if I can get a name and asddress of the caller!
