I received a voice mail about papers being served.???? I called the number and its a check recovery services?? not sure what its all about

Calls my cell multiple times a day from "Restricted #" often leaves no message but when he does it is a man saying his name is Adam Grant and is allegedly a courier that is calling for "Kristy Ph***" which is not me and I have had my number for years.
Left a case # and a phone number to "call the party I am dealing with. I was NOT going to call but since these calls would not stop I did. Instead of calling from my cell, I call from my home number which is BLOCKED and RESTRICTED from being seen on caller id---well, GUESS WHAT...BEWARE becuase these idiots can see your ohone # anyway.
When I called the number 855-461-0720 the recording said you've reached "Check Recovery Systems", I got a person, "Carlos DeJesus" and gave him the case # and told him the number does not belong to that person and to take the number out. He repeated back my HOME number (how I knew he could see the one I am calling on), and I said NO and gave the cell (NO OTHER INFO). Hopefully they don't start harassing my home # now.
Sounded like they want this Kristy person badly, kept ending the msgs with "You have been notified". Well, NO she hasn't!
