These people called me a few times, I was really nervous to call them back. However, i ended up calling them back and they helped me settle my debt to a very reasonable price. I no longer get any calls from  them or any other agencies. Thank god for them because i honestly thought i was gonna have to run from these people for the rest of my life!!!!!

Got a voice mail this morning with the same BS you guys did, the woman said she came by, and that she'll be by again Monday at my "place of employment" and then come to my house between 12-5, blah blah blah...

Well the jokes on her, because I'm self employed and work from an office in my home, obviously something she didn't know.  :-)

This is really lowlife behavior. It's obviously designed to do nothing but scare people into calling, at which point they engage in more strong arm scam tactics.  I'm glad I checked this forum first; saved me a call.;-)

call from an unknown # and they left a VM with a harassing message for my dad. I live 1,800+ miles away with a cellphone from a completely different state. I don't even think my dad knows my number! The woman who answered tried to pass off some bull story about seraching on a federal database for immediate relatives using a ssn. CRAP! They gave me the 855-509-5697 to call with a reference number. I called and told them to remove my number and to find another way to contact him if it is a valid claim.

Received a call from a private number.  An "Anne Smith" (probably not her real name) told me someone would be coming by my work and home to serve me with "legal documents."  I asked what it was in reference to and she said the documents are sealed, and I should call 855-509-5697 and give them a file number.  Called the number and got an automated answering system for "Arbitration Services"

Didn't bother going any further, suspect its a scam on an old, time-barred debt.

Got the same call this morning, they were asking for my brother.

I got a call from a PRIVATE number saying they stopped by my home to deliver sealed documents and to call 8555095697 with a file number or they would charge me with Fraud and Theft by Deception. I called the number and spoke with a lady named Kathryn who proceded to inform me that legal documents were being filed against me in 24 hours for an old credit card account.   After interest and fees she said it would amount to over $9K, but they would settle for a one time payment of $2480. I told her I needed to find  the relating paperwork, so I could verify the debt.  I asked for their address and they wouldn't give it to me. I checked with an attorney and found out this is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.   SCAMMERS!

I get a call from a Ms. Turner from 855-509-5697 stating that she is coming to my place of employment between 12-5 for me to sign some documents and I must have a photo I.D. ready. First of all, who is this bi**h? She just broke all fair debt collection rules by threatening to come to my job uninvited with this BS. If she does come, it will be two sad days ahead - the day that they bury her and my trial!

These yahoos called my spouse and left a threatening message stating that I had better be home or at work tomorrow between the hours of 12-5pm.  They ended the message with "you've been served."  This sent my spouse into a panic trying to figure out who was going to sue us and for what...  needless to say, I will be waiting for them tomorrow.

Called stating they have been trying to get important legal documents that require my signature. They will be at my place of employment tomorrow. I will let you know if they show up

received a call from Mr falcon or something like that caller id read 716-213-6827 this a** asked for my daughter who hasn't had this last name for 13 years called the number on caller ID got message saying "person is unavailable leave message"  didn't identify the name of the company if they call tomorrow I'll be ready for them.  

I should add that she asked me what my papers said about it, and I told her I have no papers whatsoever and have never heard anything about this and it sounds like a scam. She kept going off the line to quote-unquote consult with others and go across hall to check into my files. Quite elaborate.

Same thing. Got a threatening message on a seldom used line. Called and spoke with crisp woman who said I was going to be served papers tomorrow between 12 and 5 or similar for defrauding a credit card provider. She was reading from a script. She asked me to verify last 4 digits of my social security number. This is all under a last name I have not used in 14 years. It pertains to a card that is closed, that is more than a decade old, and that to my knowledge was paid off though it is SO old I am not entirely sure. I was told I could pay 2,000-something now to avoid court charges coming to 6 or 7 thousand. Scam.

I received almost exactly the same phone call, very similar amounts or identical amounts. The account in question is closed, too old to appear on my credit report, and to my knowledge was paid off. The woman I spoke with was working from a script and said at one point that she "spoke with the attorneys" on my behalf and told them this was not a case of fraud. She hadn't had time to consult with even one attorney. Ridiculous.

Received the same phone call today on my voicemail.  # stated private. Called # recording gave and recording came on, so I tried each Department and the same message came on.  Also said they were going to my work and to my home tomorrow between the hrs of 12:00 and 5:00pm. When my Husband came home from work he said he got a call on his voicemail with the same people looking for me!  Left them a voicemail to call me back as I have no clue who this was and I expected a call back.  That was 5 hrs ago and I have not received a call back.

So I got a random call from an UNKNOWN number saying they stopped by my apartment to deliver sealed documents and to call 8555095697 with a file number to confirm what it was about. I called the number and spoke with a delightful young lady named Amanda who proceded to inform me that legal documents were being filed against me in 24 hours for a credit card account that was closed out in 2005. After interest and fees she said it would amount to over $7K, but they would settle for a one time payment of under $2100. I asked her to forward me the relating paperwork, so I could verify the debt. 2 hours have passed and no email. SCAMMERS!

Called me with the same BS as other posts. Said they would be at my place of employment between 12 and 5 pm.
Claimed they were in the process of  filing lawsuit papers against me.

Just got a call from them too. Left a message on my brothers cell and then on my cell. Said to call back this number otherwise they would come by tomorrow between 12-5. I got a similar call like this about 2 months ago, no one ever showed up.

Received call from this number after receiving private, and name not found. Finally answered, although extremely annoyed. They claimed to be from us couriers, not sure if USA couriers, or generic US couriers. They asked for me by name and required myself to be home on a certain day and time and provide an ID. I simply said no and haven't heard from them or seen anyone snooping, as that would be very detrimental to anyone's health, no?

Called my mothers phone and her boyfriends phone looking for me. I don"t know how they got these numbers but they never called me.

So I get a call it says private on the house phone then they leave a message that they re gonna come by tomorrow to drop off some documents... what kind of server does that lol idiot people or should I say scammers

A Mr sterk called me or something like that he sounds like his mouth is full of s*** if they want to come off as a legit company maybe they should have people that know how to talk and respect people on the other line I have half the nerve to find this place and go there myself that man called me swearing and calling me names because I wouldn't provide to his scam. Real professional sterk. Remove the s*** from your mouth and speak up so we know who you really are rot in hell bi*** as you would say

They call me several times a day asking for my husband. They won't tell me what it's about or the company they are calling from. They tell me they are going to serve him at his work & then our home between the hours of 12-5pm. Soooo if they come we just aren't home?!?!?! Seriously!! They wouldn't warn you...if they were serious they would just show up! Right?? Anyone get calls from this number?

Yup - they are scammers.  No legitimate process server calls ahead to give you a heads up that they are coming.  Wouldn't be very effective then because people would know when to be out ;-)

This number calls sevetal times under unknown then finally leaves voice message stating they are coming to my home and employment tomorrow to give me some papers that need to be signed. Its got to be some type of scam.
