Insurance phishing scam. They get your name, address, and insurance company and send a fake letter that almost looks like it came from your insurance company requesting you call their "Customer Service Care Update" center to "verify" your information. When you call, they claim they are X insurance company's service center and ask you to "verify" the information you received on some imaginary "form." In other words, you give them the drivers' names, how many vehicles on the policy, etc. and then they probably either try to market to you or sell your information on.
