This number has called my home several times.

Received a message that I was going to be served a summons for a court order for charges that have been leveled against me and also threatening to go to my employer.  Whaaaaat!   Who are these people?  I have absolutely no idea as to what this is about.    I agree with an earlier poster, I believe you have to go through the state to get a court summons.   This has got to be some sort of a scam.

This individual continuously called my fiance over and over again even when speaking with him. Also called my job. Threatened to come to my job. Says he has a court summons for multiple charges against me even though I have never been in trouble with the law. I don't even have a license or car so no speeding tickets either. He said his name was Robert Fischer and was a state employee for the city of Saint Charles were I had previously resided but if he was a STATE employee he would be paid by the state not the City. Right afterwards my fiance received other calls with the same area code or 814 claiming to be the FBI so I'm thinking its a scam and they continuously call my old job I worked at a year ago and calling my grandma who my grandfather who raised me passed in December and they are harassing her as well and I'm really not sure where to go with it. I wouldn't give these people any information tell them to come find you if they are legit they will.

called and said the have a process order to serve.  If they knew law and were going to serve you it has to go through the state court system and you are notified by mail not in person.  These are scammers out for your money
