Just rec'd a voicemail on an unused cell phone for myself stating there is a warrant for my arrest and to call this number back. Also left a "case" number. I have received other calls similar to this from different numbers, total scam.

Rude woman called a relative across the country looking for me. When I called back a very rude and uneducated woman answered the phone claiming to be with a company called ESC (that's all she would give me) and said they were a litigation agency.  When I continued to prod about who their company was she got louder and ruder until I threatened her and hung up. SMH  can't our government do something about this?!  If it was a legitimate bill wouldn't they find a way to send me a bill?? Dumbasses

I called them back....recording says its collections ...ECS...don't know the person they are looking for but I know of them...

It sounds like the bulk of the money the Autism Spectrum Disorder Foundation receives is primarily used to support these silly calls.

Call several times a day.  No Message.  Call from several 800 numbers.

Another prank call from this number. When I answer, they just sit there.

I you haven't got caller ID it is worth getting. Out of principle I never answer 800 #s, but allow them to go to
voicemail, so far no messages!

they call and will not leave a message but will hang up just right so the dial tone will come on.  DRIVES ME NUTS!!!!

The reason the number is not in service is because the number they are actually calling from is "SPOOFED" so that you do not see the actual number they are calling from.  This spoofing service is available to anyone anywhere in the world because the US Government has legalized it as long as it is not used to scam or threaten.  So, tell me who would want to use spoofing other than those who are up to no good?  I keep saying this:  start writing or emailing your senator, congress person and State attorney general to get this service made illegal; this is the only way to fight these crooks.

We're now getting 3 to 5 calls a day on our land line from "800 service" whatever the hell that's supposed to be.   Once in a while I pick up and no one is there.   Otherwise they never leave a message.   I wish the government would tax these companies for every call they make.   That'd make a dent in the deficit.

This number calls me several time a day. Last time a lady called me today at 8-30 pm and woke up my 4 months old  baby. He started screaming.  I was pretty angry.  Hope I wasn't very rood with her....

I have been receiving at least 1 call per day from various "855" numbers all with a caller ID name of "800 Service".     So far, I have just disconnected all of them.

did not pick up,these folks use several different lines,& call at least once a day, very annoying.Either they don't have to follow the rules,as in DO NOT CALL list, I think their scam artist.

Granny,  I believe the legal times to call if  8:00am thru  9:00pm,  your local time zone.

No more being polite. I swore at the bi*** this morning and told her again to take me off their list.  She called about 8:30 AM, a half hour before the legal time.  They have been reported before, and I am fed up!  I want them stopped!

This phone number has called me several times and there is only silence on the other end; when I call them back, I get the message that this number is not in service, that it is suspended.  Well, how the heck can they call me if the number is not in service?????  This is annoying and suspicious...just saying.

These scumbags called me and I picked up without thinking. They said there's a warrant for my arrest because of a large fraudulent loan. I laughed and told them to puck themselves. I knew they'd call back. Lo and behold... 20 minutes later the idiot called back but I had my electric guitar cranked up to level 10 and kept playing "Smoke on the Water. with a lot of distortion and reverb. If they call again, I'll greet them with "Won't Get Fooled Again" by The Who with maximum volume, high treble, and a lot of the wah wah pedal.
