This number calls puts me in a que and gives me a reference number then tells me to wait. They say this is FDR who the hell is FDR. I will never answer these numbers

This number 855-531-0062 keeps calling and not leaving any messages on the machine. These scum should be put out of business. I do not know who these people or company are! 800 series numbers as far as I know cannot be blocked from most providers; at least on rogers.
