i am not sure of any scams but im with kris...i got issued court papers mine was for an unpaid payday loan that went into default i got a judgement put against me because i thought there was honestly nothing that could really happen and so yea my court date is in 2 weeks and i cant even resolve the matter outside of proceedings because i already signed off on the documents, so now this number i can verify was no scam!

Bull!!! Crap!!! You didn't get served with any papers. What is the name of the Plaintiff and what is their Physical address as well as mailing address? What is their website address? what was the suit for? Where is the court and country jurisdiction, docket number, case number?
