Caller ID says:  TOLL FREE 855-600-4535  Someone/something from this no. has been calling at least once daily (usually 11:00 a.m. and between 6:30/8:00 p.m. each day approx.) but usually twice.  They even called on Thanksgiving.  We don't answer and it goes to the answering machine with no message left.  Someone told me this is a "robo-call" and not to answer it as they are looking for live people (someone to answer the phone) and then they sell your phone number to other people.  

After reading other messages about this number I did find out:  We received a Proxy Vote info packet from Principal Funds (First Clearing) in the mail and haven't responded.  This # is listed to call to vote with a live agent Mon-Fri 8-5 Central and Sat. 9-5 Central.  I'm not calling.  Why do they go to all the trouble to cover their ID?  Also, we have an unlisted number so how do they obtain your number; our investor only has our cell #.

I have been getting this call every night for about 2 weeks with no one on the line.  It disconnects after about 45 sseconds

Asking me to proxy vote for principle funds. I don't like being called on my home phone and then being told to vote the boards recommendation.

I received a call from on my cellphone from this number.  It was from the Principle Funds Proxy Vote. I could not take that call because I was at my grand daughter's school choir performance.  I did call back about 30 minutes later and got a recording that their offices were closed.  REALLY!

Has been calling multiple times per day for several months.

I really don't appreciate holdings of my portfolio to call me at home to tell me I have not voted on a proxy and then telling me how to vote the proxy.

got a call today on my tenants land-line for me. the strange thing is that i personally don't even know their land-line number.  the tenant brought the phone to me and the caller mentioned something about voting on behalf of my son.  what the heck? they said i was on a recorded line.  i told them to call a different number so i wouldn't be inconveniencing my tenant.  they never called back.  my tenant agrees this was a WEIRD call.

I received a call today and they said it was from Principal Funds about voting in abscence for me or something like that.   I don't intend to call back.

Who is calling with notation unavailable???
