STOP LYING!!!!! I already looked into this and notified the FBI about whats going on an by LAW this is not how they do with summons. Once you are issued a summons you are to appear in court or pay what you owe to the company not to the 3rd party. Get your calls right and your knowledge so you won't sound stupid when you try calling me again an can't answer any of my questions but want me to turn over money. You are the one that is doing the scams, so no one on here believe your fake story.

These people have been calling me but i am someone that DO NOT answer numbers that i dont know. First they called from "UNKNOW" and i didnt pick up , then they called from 215-383-3419 and i didnt pick up , then from 855-602-1155, still didnt pick up and now from a blocked number. They called a family memeber of mine stating to her that i had a claim and need to contact them ASAP so i called the 855 # back and the guy said i owed money on a payday loan from 2007. i was clueless about this loan nor do i remember having it but he gave me my name and last 4 of my # but when he asked do i still reside at a previous residence i told him yes only b/c i dont. I then told him that i was going to speak with an attorney and he got loud, then i told him that i would go to my local sheriff dept to see if this is how they conduct business and he yelled so i hung up. I did research to only find out this is a SCAM!!!!! As for being comments above about being sued and coming to the school being served papers, THEY to are lyers. THEY are the scammers and trying to scare you. Get the FBI involved next time they call tell them u are keeping them on the phone so the Police can tract them and ARREST them and i bet they will hang up

I just recieved a threatening call from these same people for someone other than me.. I am going to contact the Texas Attorney General's office..

These people have called my cell phone numerous times which alway's comes up "unknown". They have called my parents, another family member I don't speak to, and random old friends. They threaten to have me served at my work or home with papers and that I will be picked up by the local sheriff. We need to remember that any legitimate collection agency will show you proof of debt owed to them.These people have been threatening me for years with different names and companies. We need to find a way to stop them. I reported it to the local police they said unless they physically harm you they can't do anything. They are scam artists and need to be stopped. I wish we knew who they are and where they are located. I heard about these scam artists on dateline trying to extort money from people.

Same as above posts.  I am 55, parents are like 85.  I am easy to find by living in one location for a long time and working and buying things.  They must be desperate to call somewhere you haven't lived in 33 years.  It is against the law to threaten to sue you, if they do not actually sue you.  To just threaten is against Fair Credit and Debt Collection Practices.  Does anyone know where they are located.

1-855-602-1155 keeps calling my parents, whom are not well and are getting them upset, especially my father whom has a heart condition. I don't know how to make them stop calling my parents. According to my parents they called stating that a courier is attempting to deliver important documentation. They have called them making all kinds of threats stating that I would be picked up by a local sheriff. These types of threats and harassment techniques can't be legal. I did speak to one collector stating that I needed to pay off a payday loan. I do not have any payday loans! Some identifiers are correct concerning my information but most information is not correct such as bank information and account numbers. It doesn't sound legitimate so I am not going to humor them.

That is a lie posted by the company. This is an overseas company and a total scam. Dateline did a story on these guys.

Happened to my brother not long ago.  Ended up going through criminal procedures.  I was given that # to have him call, instead I just told them I'd sign for the papers.  By doing that my brother was no longer able to resolve it out of court and had to appear on the date attached.  He still barely speaks to me over this...

They said they were from frs and associates. They were calling on behalf of sonar holdings payday loan and I could get served papers at home or my job. Can they do that? This sounds like a scam.

Looks like this site is making it tough for you to extort money from your victims over the phone ... GREAT. We know, but it's always reassuring to hear it from you scammers yourselves.

i  received numerous calls from this number, didnt think anything of it just thought it was some scam. I had message after message stating i was having papers served on such and such date.... well they didnt show up on the date they stated, but they did show up. and now i am being sued, nice huh? i have to be in court next week.

I have gotten several calls from this #.  They always leave a threatening message re: being served with a lawsuit for some past debt.  This time they left a message that they would be serving me at my home on Sept 13th between 12:00 and 5:00.
