Here is an update so far i have gotten a total of 4 different calls 1 of them called my dad which lives out of state. Besides the 855-607-1453 there is 877-661-1185 and 877-913-5919 all saying the same thing  about a formal complaint and calling to verify address and next step is to file papers to my counties courthouse and have been officially notified. All of these calls have different case/reference numbers.

Do not give them any information. They are fraudulent. I have a client that has received numerous calls from them threatening various things. If they are to pursue any action against a debtor they will serve you personally, with actual paperwork. These guys just want to threaten everything under the sun in hopes that you will send them money out of fear.

These a***s left a voice mail on my work phone. Said they are filing paperwork with the local courts... uhhh you have to serve someone in person, not on the phone. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMAtiON

I also got a call from that number stating a formal complaint was filed against me and thier next move was filling the proper paper work in a court in the county i live in
