Yes they are all owned/managed/operated by one of three people: Stacy Gillespie,  Robert Pickle and Hope Yoakum. They take your properties and deed than into bogus names or former employee's names. They sell the properties that are deemed" prime" properties and once you pay the company,  it could take years to get your stuff done. They have been ATC and Property Relief.

We thought it sounded good, but you know what they say about that...  We are looking for "holes."  The lawyer we contacted says it looks like a scam to him and does not look like it gets us out of our timeshare.  But says to get transfer papers from our timeshare and have VEI sign them if we want to go ahead. What does LMAO mean?

It's scammy!! It  does not get you out of your timeshare. It's travel club that gets it's inventory from left over or not used weeks from RCI. Worth $15,000, LMAO not even real!!! If your looking for a real travel club look to RCI for the points membership club with no property purchase or maintenance fees. See our website: www.vacationocg.com for the real deal.

Oh Kendall, I pray this is a legit & honest bunch. I just wish I read more testimonials about successful transfers and legit dealings about Vacation Experts International. I just put my trust in these folks 5 days ago. My wife & I cannot of
afford to be swindled again. We just want to be rid of my timeshare and get on with our lives. The program they offer seems like a great opportunity, and an easier way to book travel without annual fees such as a timeshare. Please let me know about the final outcome. Thanks.

So they are for real? My concern is they give you 20 days to decide (which is nice) but I need to allow them a much longer time to handle the transfer. So, I am concerned that if they have not gotten the job done, I am screwed out of my payment. I have been victimized by so many Timeshare scammers my head is ready to explode. I need this to be legit, but my gut is full of doubt. I wonder why their web site is off limits until whenever as well. If this is another dog & pony show, I'll be sunk again. Please help with some testimonials of some kind, so I don't feel so uneasy about being a fool once again.

Have been contacted by Vacation Experts about a timeshare that I never owned.  Advised them that they were in non-compliance with the DNC registry, spoke with Jennifer who told me it wasn't her problem, asked them to not call again.  Next day, new call.  have spoken with attorney representing people registered on DNC.gov site who get repeated calls from outfits like this and I am following his advice to the letter. Document the calls, ask for a letter of apology and a promise not to call again, keep a file.  Jennifer, I have you filed.

So you are saying that Vacation Experts International is not a scam and you no longer own your timeshare?  We are considering using them, but are very skeptical.  Thoughts?

We're you able to sell your time share to VEI and how long was it before you were paid?  Did they do what they said they were going to do?

Thanks!

Kendall I had a bluegreen lodge alley inn week account that I just got transferred. It did take a while, about 6 and a hlf months but it finally is done and not in my name anymore. They told me they were bought out and thats why it started taking longer, because some rules changed, but mine is not in my name anymore now. Wish you the best on your transfer!

Does anyone know what is up with Bluegreen getting bought out? Are there any Bluegreen owners that are trying to get theirs transferred and it is taking a long time?

Nee,
I did business with vei, and I have been satisfied to this point. It has been 4 months on my bluegreen, but they have kept in touch and kept me updated the whole time. They did tell me that Bluegreen was bought out several months back by another company and some of their policies with transfers like mine have changed, so it slowed things down. I wish that it would transfer faster, but Vei did just pay my maintenance fee for me. I called bluegreen to make sure and they are paid. So it is looking good for me so far! It looks like this is a company that is just honest about the industry and the process to get a timeshare transferred. Even though it's taking what feels like a long time, they have been true about it and them paying my maintenance fee renewed my faith, so I feel good about doing business with this company. Hope this helped and wish you the best in getting out of your time share!

I had a similar experience with vacation experts; they did exactly what they said and even sent me a copy of the deed that was transferred out of my name when I asked for it. Grandview has all of the information they need, & we are just a few weeks out from it being out of my name totally. after this transfer is done, I am calling them back about my Maui schooner week to get that one out of my name too  then I can finally say that I am not a  timeshare owner any more.

I've read some of these posts, but just want to say that my husband and I were contacted by Vacation Experts International about our Hacienda Del Mar. They gave us an offer on the timeshare and it left a balance for us to pay of $2518.00. We took the risk and paid the funds, and we were contacted the next day by their closing company, we signed the paperwork for the transfer, and we were just contacted on Friday by the closing company and were told that the transfer completed. We called the resort to make sure, and it was as if we had never owned there! They didn't even know us! Thank God someone actually did what they said they were going to do and got that thing out of our names for good! It was well worth the money, and I honestly would've paid any amount to actually be out of our timeshare, and Vacation Experts International actually made it happen for us. We are timeshare-free and don't have to worry about maintenance fees anymore! There are still honest companies out there, and I am very happy with my experience with Vei.

Are the Principals the same: i.e., Is Mr. Gillespie involved with VP Title? Is Hope Yoakum involved with VP Title? Did Property Relief LLC change its name to VP Title? If so, a Corporate name change does not relieve the officers of criminal liabilities committed before Property Relief LLC became VP Title. I currently have documentation to prove forgery, fraud, possible mail fraud. There isn't a defense for what some of the employees have done, and the Officers are legally liable for the actions of employees in the business environment, if it can be shown that they knew, or should have known of such actions.

If they aren't doing business as Property Relief, they are owned/operated by the same individuals that owned/operated Property Relief, IA Vacations, American Timeshare Company (AKA ATC).

By all means, if you feel that you are getting the run around, of if your contract states that we are to take over maintenance fees, we will do so, you can simply give us a call. We are in the office Monday through Saturday, 9am - 10 pm EST, and if you have been charged one dime for maintenance fees that you are not responsible for contractually, then please contact us at your earliest convenience at 855-622-6822. Our company takes pride in our excellent customer service, so please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can take care of any issues at hand.

We are getting the runaround at VP title and it has been over 6 months now and not title transfer yet.  We were even charged maintenance fees by Wyndham for January when Vacation Experts International were supposed to take them over.  How long did you have to wait.

I am having a very hard time with this company.  I purchased points thru ebay and these companies are responsible for the transfer.  I can't get a straight answer.  So for anyone who thinks these companies are not inter-related, here is a direct quote from an email I received from VP Title when I questioned all the other names.

IA Vacations is the company you purchased the property through. Property Relief and VP Title are title companies that IA Vacations uses to facilitate their transfers of ownership. Both title companies are under the same corporate umbrella. We are sister companies. I work for VP Title.

They are all related.  It is a mess.  I
