That would be illegal to give out info to a third party! You can sue them for privacy law for at the minimum of $1000.00. Check the laws in your state out

I also receivd a call from these crooks requesting payment for a 2007 debt with Citifinancials. They stated that my account had been turned over to them for colloections. I asked them to repeat the name of their company- the guy on the phone became agitated and threatened to contact the HR department of my employer for summons. I asked him could I get this debt in writing, but he refused to comply. He said they tried to contact me numerous times by address, but unsuccessful. Which is not true. If they have my social security number- surely you have my addressI told him that I never received anything from them. H ethen threatened me again with the whole summons your HR department. I told him to proceed. He hung up the phone in my face. Very rude and tacky! The entire experience felt like a scam...

Do not give them any money!! This is fraud and they're breaking the law!!! No debt collector has any right to harass or threaten you.

Dont waist your money on a lawyer. Just tell them you will have them prosecuted and you know they are scammers. They will stop harassing you and move on to someone else, unfortunately

Oh, it was definitely a SCAM. If I have to, I will call them every friggin day and see how they like it. They also use an 877 number as well. DO NOT trust these ppl, they are low lifes who need to go and get a REAL job.....Tell them you will have them prosecuted if they call again.

Mary, ask them for their name, address, and phone number and ask them to send you the details of your debt in writing to you.....they won't cuz its a scam. Its all fake. DO NOT give them any personal information. Tell them to stop calling you or else you will have them prosecuted. They CAN NOT do anything to you and there will be NO warrant out for your arrest. Its all made up.

I received a Phone call from a 855 675-3332. I didn't answer it, but I let them leave a voice message so I could have proof from a recorded message. The man's voice stated that a fraudulent check file had come into his office and he needed me to contact him immediately. That's when I began researching. It' s a total scam. Beware!

I just keep calling them back over and over to blow up their voice-mail box.
They are scammers. They threaten with bench warrants, fraudulent activity, et al.
The only ones doing any fraudulent activity are the people calling from the aforementioned number.

I've already reported them to the State Attorney General's Office.

I recently received a call from 855-675-3332 claiming to be an agent of Great
Arrow collections agency. it was from an old debt that had been paid. they were stating the same thing as above mentioned. the guy claims to be Vincent DiSalvo. a representative for Great Arrow.  

I have received a call from these people and another number they call from they answer the phone saying investigations threatening me with warrants for my arrest for writing bad checks.. I dont even write checks. They have also called my  husbands family looking for me. When you search for them and get a address its to a middle school in south carolina and I told the guy that and asked questions about his company him then started to cuss me out. THey a scam trying to get you info. The police arent going to give a warning about a warrant they will just come get you. Dont fall for this

I have been getting calls all week from this great arrow check services saying I will go to jail. He called me pathetic.  He says hes from some firm. Very mean to me on the phone.  The number that I have is different though. Its 855 675 3332. He even told me that me and my mother are going to be sharing a cell in jail. Anyone else? I spoke with a dan and a charles. Also some lady answered the phone saying investigation unit?

I just received a call from Great Arrow , spoke with a lady named Ms. Smith and she seemed very nervous while asking me questions about my last place of residence, which she had listed in North Carolina, and that was false. Ive never lived anywhere outside of Texas. So that was the first mistake, and then she just transferred me someone and he was rude, threating me with Jail and named two friends that he would call as witness, again not telling me what this is about. When I refused to make payment he disconnected the line, and within 30 seconds Ms. Smith was calling back. Now she has transferred me to Mr. Dave Powers, which after reading responses he also goes by Daniel Powers, and Dan Powers. These people are rude, and after that call  I did contact a debit company and they had never heard of or passed on information to Great Arrows Check Service. I would just advise not to ever pay someone over the phone with out getting information first. They should be able to send you an email or company letter stating what debit you owe These people wanted full payment, all in once. About ten min later I got another call and  after cursing them out I and telling them I know about thier scam and scar tactics I hope they dont call me back !! DONT PAY UNTIL U SPEAK WITH ORIGINAL DEBTOR , TRACE YOUR DEBT FIRST !!

I resolved a matter and was told that a confirmation that the debt was resolved would be sent. I called three times, and was told that they would send a conformation to me. Last week when I called, I got a message stating that the number that I reached has not been set up to receive calls. My next step is a lawyer.

This company has been harassing members of my family for several months now. When I heard about it, I called the number. Receptionist refused to give me any information about the company it's location or business. She put me in touch with someone who called himself Zack. He was obnoxious and overbearing and tried his best to intimidate me. What he didn't realize is I used to teach those subjects.  I told him that he and his company were nothing but scammers. He made the mistake of saying what did you do, Google our company? I laughed and told him no but I was going to. How stupid do these people think we are?

This is a dept collection agency.  They use the "fraudulent use" tactic as a way to get you to call.

I got a call from 855-675-3332 telling me to call this number today.  It was a mans voice stating that he was with Gray arrow check services and I need to contact them asap because someone was trying to use my account number associated with my cell phone number. I knew that was a lie because I never use my cell phone with any of my personal business.
So i call the number from a landline and a woman picked up.  she asked if this was the number i was being reached on.  I then said no so she asked what was the number so she could look it up.  I was careful not to give out any personal info.  she said they were trying to reach a Debra D__ .  I told here I wasn't the person she was trying to reach.  I hope this was not a scam.

I received several messages stating if I didn't call back they would begin processing charges against me for check fraud. They constantly call leaving rude messages to scare me to call them back i knew it was scam because they called me by a nickname. Please do not give these people your money.

I received a call from Great Arrow Check Services about a pay day loan from 2011, they said that there was fraudulant activity linked to my phone number, Social Security # and bank account. I did take out a loan for $200.00, but now they tell me that the total is $752.00 and that if it's not paid by a certain date that criminal charges will be brought against me. I did give a payment, (not the full amount), I don't have $$ for an attourney, they informed me that I had till the next payday to pay the balance AND that there was a $25.00 per day fee until it was paid. Any advise on this. Would legal aid attourneys be able to help me.  The people that I spoke with   Dan Powers and Charles were very rude and intimidating.

also if this was true that i submitted bad checks i would think that Agent Murphy will be a bit more professional by not stating the nature of the call.  just her returned number

I recieved a call too.  From Agent Murphy regarding bad checks.  One of my coworkers answered the phone and instead of leaving her name and number she stated that she was calling regarding bad checks of mine that were in her office.

I received a call from this  number today. He said that I was under investigation because of a payday loan which caused an issue with my previous bank. I didn't give them any information but then knew the last 4 digits of my social and which payday service I had gone through. I  told them that if they could email me with proof of who they are, I would be happy to give them information .. Then he threatened me with court and hung up.

I received a prerecorded message telling me to return this phone number 1-855-640-9943, so I returned their call, the person who answered the phone did not provide his name to me, I said I had a message to return this call, so he typed my phone number into the system and asked for my ex-boyfriend.  I explained to the man that he has the wrong number, this person told me he did not have the wrong number and that he wanted to speak with my ex, I told him that he does not live here anymore, which I was told he does and I should stop lying, ok, so he is telling me I don't know who lives in my house.  He then wanted my ex's phone number, I told him I don't have it since I kept his cell phone when he left, I have no need to contact my ex, again I was lying.  Well, I was all done listening to this, I hung up on the guy and when he called back it went right to voicemail, no message left.  

I called this number back and they refused to send me any information by mail so i can take care of this matter.  They say they don't have to but wanted me to make a payment over the phone and told me it's not a fraud if they know all my information and ss number but i refused to do so until i received information by mail.  Daniel Powers is the one leaving messages and when i called back the number I spoke w a Mr. John. John being his last name.  He told me he will have to take further action and I told him to do what he needs to until he sends me anything by mail them he will have to.  It's b***s***, so if anyone else gets these calls don't pay until you know whats its for.  I know I will not send money to anyone that can't show me where i messed up!  AMEN.  People need help in this world to do things right if they r a company just trying to get their money thats owed to them.  I know if i owe its off to work i go and i would pay only what i know i owe!!!!!!!!!  

I have been receiving numerous calls from 855 840 9943.concerning my brother.  I would really like for these to stop.
