I got a call from a Katie Durant from this number she was very nice an helpful she got Me a great settlement on a payday loan an got all the interest an late fees taken off for me

Someone called my cell phone, left a message claiming they were going to serve me a subpoena from a county I don't live in at a certain date and time, and left this number to call back. Called and it was a debt collector, claiming to be ready to press charges for check fraud from a payday-loan company I don't recognize from 2010. My cell voice mail (where the threats were left originally) doesn't have anything to identify who it is they're calling and leaving a message for (illegal) and ending with "you have been legally notified" (also illegal). Complete scam, which I will be reporting to the FBI's ic3 next. Seems these "strong arm" scammers are cropping up again?
