I received a call from the number 855-641-6207 about a loan I took out in January of 2013. They told me that I have not paid the loan. But I paid it in full that same year in August. They tell me if I don't pay it then I will be summoned to go to court. Is this a scam?

Some guy name Matthew Weather states Check fraud on 1st msg then leaves another msg stating possible incorrect social security number given to "their" clients & "you've been warned!"?. First of all, they got the wrong number and have no business releasing certain things on msg machine especially when it could be the wrong number and 2nd, he must've forgot wat he left 1st time around. some scary stuff and practice they do. Be careful everyone!

Same caller name but was for fraudulent check balances. we have previously have them call for the pay day loans but it was a different number. They tell me I need to pay for my friends account because I was a co signer. the funny thing is his credit is 15 times better than mine lol...

Left me a voicemail about an outstanding pay day loan from 2 years ago and that I would be forced to appear in court if I don't settle the account. They wouldn't provide me documentation of debt nor did they even ask me for my current contact information. They did however, know the last 4 digits of my SSN.
Other numbers I got from them were (855) 641-6207 Matthew Weatherfield and (855) 676-1852 Ron Schiffert (his "mgr")
