Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I placed an order for a Spin Mop.  When I checked my credit card account they had placed 7 different orders for the same item.  I called trying to get them to cancel the orders and they said they would give me $25 if I would take all of the orders.  The orders totaled over $700.  Fat chance is what I told them.  Now they are calling me from this number saying my order is on hold because they can't process the card.  I stopped anything from being charged by them on the card EVER, and now they want to call me to get me to pay for orders I never placed and the ONE order I did place, but tried to cancel.  These are some pretty slimy people.
