It is just Time Warner Cable doing an improvement survey. I got the same call. It is just to help make their service better for the customers. I am hoping I get to tell them the change out of a new modem itself went well because I installed it myself, but turning in the old one(bought my own) personally at their branch was horrific!

I got a new cable modem ($23 ebay) and had to get it provisioned by Time Warner. So, a legit call.

Got a call at 10:51am. Being at work, I did not answer but saw that they left a voicemail message. It is Time Warner calling to do a survey and unfortunately they'll be calling back to reach me.
