Got  a call  know one  on the phone   at least twice a day maybe even more .

Got calls from this number and did not answer, but I actually do owe money to AT&T and have recieved letters from EOS CCA about making settlement arrangements.

They may have bad info, but pretty sure it is NOT a scam.

When I answered the call there was no one on the other end. Annoying!

I get at least two calls a day, started answering them. No one is on the other end. I have At&T for cell service not home service. It is getting annoying. Also get calls ftom two other 855 numbers

They call at least once a day, for the last several months!!!!! I never pick up, they leave no message. A real nuisance to say the least!!!

Actually, AT&T does use this debt collector.  They probably aren't aware of their tactics and history though.  I got a call from these morons today so I called AT&T and it stemmed from an account that I had open for 3 days when we moved to an area that did not have good AT&T service.  Since the service quality in that area was so bad that I had to stop using them for my phone, cable, and internet (even though I did like using AT&T as a provider) after 3 days.  The rep told me that they would credit the account as a courtesy but they had forgotten and not sent me a letter so I could follow up.  After talking with the collector (don't let yourself be bullied by these people, they are the equivalent of the DMV), I called AT&T, found out what the issue was, and AT&T followed through with their original promise.  So, at least at this time, they are a collector for AT&T but they are also collectors so question everything and request verification and validation of everything.  I don't even trust these a-holes when they say, "good morning."

They also claim to be collectors for T-Mobile.  I just got off the phone with T-Mobile and they are not the collection agency they use.  TOTAL SCAM!!

This is a dunning company for AT&T and despite mailing them, and AT&T three letters with copies of the cleared payment check, they continue to call. I decline the calls and they don't leave a message.

they called before 9 a.m. Asking me for personal information when I refused and asked who they were they told me they could not tell me till I gave them info and then they hung up

They call twice a day - and they have been doing this for about two months. I never answer (I never answer calls from numbers I don't know). They never leave a message. I don't owe anyone money so this is obviously a scam if anyone is on the other end.

I forgot about the other phone scammer.  I forward all of his calls to the FBI in Hawaii.  I wonder how much that call will cost him.  I love call forwarding.

I got a call from the same company but with a different number.  Their other number is forwarded to the FCC in Washington DC.  The number they used today will be forwarded to the FBI in Washington, DC.  Wonder if they used the first number? :>)

This # keeps calling @ 8:54 am. Very annoying. I never pick it up. And then minutes later my wife gets the same call.

I get several calls a day, everyday from this number. They never leave a message.

left 10 seconds of silence on cell phone which cost me to listen to...in addition to the do not call list, isn't it illegal to telemarket cell phone numbers?  and the answer would be YES, then again, this administration will never prosecute...so it is open season...

Missed call from this number at 8:50am on Monday. They left a voicemail that was 10 seconds of silence until a man with a slight foreign accent said, "the number you're trying to reach is currently out of service" and hung up. Very odd - especially considering they're trying to reach me, and my number IS in service.

Calls daily no messages. If what others say is right and it's a so called collector for AT&T, then it's a scam for sure. I have NO debts with AT&T and I can prove it.

I get this call almost daily on my business phone.  They never leave a message and if you try to call them back it just gives a busy signal.

They refuse to say who they are and why they call unless I give them personal information.

Oh, also, AT&T doesnt use this debt collector -- so beware. I have also received a letter from them in which the BBB symbol was obviously photocopied to the page.

This is a complete scam. I verified and called AT&T to make sure that I dont have any outstanding debt and I dont.  I asked the lady to verify her name for me and she hung up on me.  NEVER GIVE ANYTHING OUT OVER THE PHONE!!! -- I urge you to check your credit and put an alert on your bank and credit cards.

Receive calls from this number almost daily. NEVER leave a message. I had a friend call the number to see what it was and the company is EOS CCA, a debt collector. http://www.eos-cca.com.

Someone from this number called, but I didn't answer.  They left no message, and I sure am not going to return that call.  Who knows what sort of scam this is?  I don't know, but I'm not willing to find out.

Same thing happened to me just now.  It's 4:48PM.  These calls are outrageous!
